Description
Rinsing device for cleaning suction and drinking devices Filter Tubes The invention relates to a flushing device for cleaning Suction and filter tubes serving as drinking devices, such as those used in particular for sucking up of liquids interspersed with solid particles, e.g. B. herb extracts used will.
The cleaning of such a tube has so far been done in such a way that the tube was held under the outlet of a flushing agent line. The cleaning is limited mainly to the outside of the tube while the amount of detergent that gets inside the usually very narrow tube is too small to remove any stubborn dirt. It is also known that hoses or pipelines are cleaned in such a way that it close to the outflow of a water pipe or the like, if necessary with the aid a pipe socket serving as an intermediate piece. This results in However, only a cleaning of the inside of the tube o. The like. While the The outside of the rinse water remains completely untouched.
The aim of the invention is to create a device which, with the simplest possible 1, means effective cleaning of drinking tubes. outside as well as inside, simultaneously or one after the other at will. For the purpose of the invention, use is made of a pipe socket similar to that which has already been used to connect hoses or the like to be cleaned on the inside to a detergent line. According to the invention, however, this pipe socket is designed so that it surrounds the suction or filter tube inserted therein for cleaning with a gap; In addition, the pipe socket is provided with a seat surface which forms a closure of the intermediate space together with the end or a bead of the pipe. As long as the space surrounding the drinking tube in the pipe socket is not yet closed, that is, the rinsing liquid flows through it, the drinking tube is mainly cleaned on the outside. However, as soon as the gap is closed by pressing the tube with its end or with its bead onto the seat mentioned, all of the flushing liquid flows through the tube. There is also the possibility of only partially closing the gap, so that only part of the liquid enters the tube, while the rest flows through the gap, so that the tube is cleaned from the inside and the outside at the same time. In one embodiment of the invention, the pipe socket used to receive the pipe to be cleaned is directed obliquely upwards from the detergent line, so that the pipe can simply be placed in the pipe socket and is held in such a labe by its own weight that the Rinsing agent flows partly through the tube and partly through the space remaining in the pipe socket. In this case, the seat for the end or the bottom of the tube is expediently formed by an annular projection inside the pipe socket. This design of the device enables the drinking vessel to be cleaned at the same time. This is placed over the end of the drinking tube protruding from the pipe socket, whereby the latter is pressed firmly against the seat arranged inside the pipe socket, so that the detergent flows exclusively through the tube and gets into the drinking vessel.
Ausführungsbeispiele sind in der Zeichnung schematisch erläutert.Exemplary embodiments are explained schematically in the drawing.
Fig. I, 2 and 3 show in longitudinal section three embodiments of the Cleaning device with different training and arrangement of the seat for the end or the bead of the tube to be cleaned.
Fig..l and 5 show a further in longitudinal section and in plan Embodiment. In which the pipe socket over the seat with a through the introduction of the Trüikröhr e opening closure plate is provided: Fig.6 shows in longitudinal section an embodiment in which the for receiving the drinking tube serving pipe socket is directed obliquely upwards.
In the embodiment according to Fig. I of the outflow c is one Water pipe or the like. Connectable Rohrstutzenr designed cup-shaped and on Floor with a serving to introduce the drinking tube b to be cleaned, expedient provided circular opening. This opening has a larger one Diameter than 'the tube b, so that part of the rinsing liquid coming from the outlet c flows along the outer circumferential surface b, while the remainder flows into the interior of the Penetrates tube b. The edge of the opening a or the one surrounding the opening outer floor area. of the pipe socket r can be used as a seat for rushed not shown Bead of the tube b serve so that _ by pressing the bead against this seat the opening a is completely closed and the detergent is forced, to flow through the tube b.
In your example according to Fig. 2, the cup-shaped pipe socket is still provided with an inserted extension piece g, the lower end of which to form the seat area a is expanded. To rinse the inside of the drinking tube, the Bead provided on this drinking tube in the extension of the extension piece g pressed into it. If the tube b c is pushed down until the bead is in the position v 'is located, the flushing liquid flows for the most part at the Outer surface of the tube b along.
The embodiment according to Fig. 3 differs from the one according to Fig. 2 only in that to form the seat a instead of an extension g an annular insert g 'arranged in the interior of the cup-shaped pipe socket is.
In the embodiment according to Fig. Q. and 5 has the pipe socket no the shape of a substantially cylindrical cap that fits onto the mouth of the Discharge c is postponed. About the to form the seat a serving Opening in the bottom into which the end of the drinking tube to be cleaned is inserted a flap is provided. This closure flap is when inserted the drinking tube opened and closed again when pulled out, so that the There is no need to open and close a tap or the like in the detergent line.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 6, the pipe socket r is directed obliquely upwards and has a length such that the pipe b to be cleaned can be accommodated in it for the most part. The seat a for the tube b is formed by an annular projection in the interior of the pipe socket. In this embodiment, the tube b to be cleaned does not need to be specially held, but can simply be set in the Rahrstutzeny, where it is supported with its end or its bead on the seat surface a, in such a way that most of the in the Pipe socket t ^ brain-induced rinsing liquid flows through the tube b, while the rest of the tube b washes around from the outside. This arrangement enables the drinking vessel to be cleaned at the same time. This is simply placed in the manner shown in Fig.6 onto the upper end of the tube b protruding from the pipe socket r, so that the tube b is pressed firmly against the seat surfaces by the weight of the drinking vessel. As a result, the rinsing liquid that has been passed into the pipe socket r passes completely through the pipe b into the drinking vessel, as a result of which the latter is effectively rinsed out.
