Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kaliberwalzwerk, dessen niehrkalibrige Walzen senkrecht zueinander angeordnet und gegeneinander einstellbar sind. Bei den bekannten Kaliberwalzwerken dieser Art müssen beim Kaliberwechsel sowohl die Vertikal- als auch die Horizontalwalzen eine axiale Verschiebung erfahren.The invention relates to a caliber rolling mill, the low-caliber rolls of which are perpendicular to one another are arranged and mutually adjustable. Dies geschieht dadurch, daß das Walzgerüst 3 vermittels des Handrades 8 um die Strecke a-d (Abb. 1) nach oben verschoben wird. Alsdann liegen die Kaliber in bezug auf die Walzgutbewegung in einer Linie (Abb. 4). Die Kaliber f und c werden zueinander eingestellt, indem das Walzgerüst 3 aus der in Abb. 1 dargestellten Lage um die Strecke c-f nach unten verschoben wird (vgl.
