Automatic gross bagging scale Um with automatic gross bagging scales
To achieve the greatest possible performance, one puts the sack after it has been filled
is detached from the sack neck, in a holding device and promotes it by means of
the same to the destination. By moving the holding device
the closure that holds the sack to the sack neck is released, so that the latter
lies down in the holding device. However, this release may only take place
when the holding device has taken its correct position, so that the sack is
also correctly placed in it. For this purpose there is a
Lever attached, which at the moment in which the packing device by
the scales are shut down, pressed against the sack buckle by the same movement
so that it opens and the sack slide down into the holding device
leaves.
But since the balance is relieved by the sudden loosening of the sack
and thus swings upwards quickly, this violent shock would cause the
Mechanisms of the same suffer. To prevent this from happening, the
Inlet flaps a lever on the weight tray and presses it down,
so that the balance already swings into the uppermost position in which it would otherwise
would swing in only after removing the sack. This way is a
Strike prevented by all means.
In
The accompanying drawings show an embodiment of this invention, namely Fig. I shows the position of the levers with the inlet flap open during the weighing operation of the scales; while Fig. 2 shows the position of the levers after the inlet flaps have been closed and after the packing device has been disengaged. In Fig. I, on the one hand, the weight tray with the loading weight hangs on a balance beam, on the other hand the sack spout to which the sack to be filled is attached. The two opening flaps e and a close off the flow of the flowing goods, namely the inlet flap e reduces the flow in a thin stream, while the inlet flap a completely blocks the same: at the same time as the inlet flap a is closed, in In a known manner, the packing device is engaged so that it tightly compresses the material in the sack so that it is all taken up by it. At the end of the packing activity, the same movement that stops the packing device also depresses the pull rod Y connected to it by a lever t ', which releases the sack buckle through its rotary movement and thereby lets the sack fall into the holding device. In order to prevent that, in the releasing of the bag is formed to a strong shock, the scales stand the intake flap a 1, a lever 5 is mounted on the axis, which is raised as long as the same is opened. If the inlet flap a closes, however, the lever 15 lowers, lies down on the weight tray and pushes it and the whole scale back into its initial position, so that when the bag is suspended, a blow is no longer generated.
