Description
Herstellung von Schwefelkohlenstoff In der Patentschrift ,184 569 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schwefelkohlenstoff aus Kohlenstoff und Schwefelwasserstoff aus Kohledestillationsgasen beschrieben. Es wurde dargelegt, daß die Umsetzung von Schwefelwasserstoff mit glühendem Kohlenstoff ein Gleichgewichtsvorgang ist, und daß man vorteilhaft die Reaktionsgase aus dem Ofen entfernt, wenn höchstens 7o% des Schwefelwasserstoffs in Schwefelkohlenstoff und Wasserstoff umgesetzt sind.Manufacture of Carbon Disulfide In Patent, 184 569 is a process for producing carbon disulfide from carbon and hydrogen sulfide described from coal distillation gases. Die Rückgewinnung des nicht umgesetzten Schwefelwasserstoffs erfolgt nach diesem Verfahren durch Behandlung des Schwefelwasserstoffabgases nach Abscheidung vom gebildeten Schwefelkohlenstoff mittels ammoniakhaltiger Schwefelammonlösung, aus der der Schwefelwasserstoff leicht in konzentrierter Form wieder ausgetrieben und von neuem in den Reaktionsofen eingeführt werden kann. An Stelle von Schwefelammoniumlösung kann man naturgemäß auch andere chemische Absorptionsmittel, wie Sodälösung, oder aber auch feste Adsorptionsmittel verwenden. Man. kann aber auch das den Reaktionsofen verlassende, vom Schwefelkohlenstoff getrennte Gemisch von Wasserstoff und Schwefelwasserstoff wieder mit dem schwefelwasserstoffhaltigen Kohlendestillations-Rohgas vermischen und auf diese Weise die Rückgewinnung des nicht zu Schwefelkohlenstoff umges;etizten Schwefelwasserstoffs gemeinsam mit dien im Gas bereits enthaltenen Schwefelwasserstoff ausführen.
