Concrete mortar delivery pump with piston flushing It is well known that delivering
of thick-flowing mixtures such as concrete, mortar, etc. the like, great difficulties due to pumping,
since the specifically heavier good always endeavors to stand out from the lighter
to separate and to settle on the valves, whereby the promotion is stopped
will.
These evils are now finite of the pump according to the invention
eliminates that the inlet valve of the pump on the approximately in the middle of the pump chamber
ending inlet pipe, the outlet valve on the protruding into the air chamber
The end of the connecting line is arranged from the pump chamber.
The working in a known manner with flushing and to this
The purpose of the pump having an annular space between the piston and cylinder is according to the invention
designed so that the provided between seals. Annular space a measured
Holds the amount of flushing water for the piston and cylinder wall.
In the drawing, an embodiment of a piston pump is shown in FIG
the invention shown in the middle longitudinal section.
des Stutzens i i abschließenden Kugelventils 13 trägt. Vom Pumpenraum des Zylinders
i führt eine Verbindungsleitung i l in einen Windkessel i ; hinein, deren Mündung
i3 angesaugt.
The hollow piston 2, arranged in the cylinder i, is moved by some power source 4 with the aid of an eccentric 3. The eccentric ring 5 expediently consists of one piece with the piston rod 6, which is connected to the piston 2 in a rotatable manner. The lower end of the piston 2 carries a seal which consists of two sleeves 8, for example. Between the piston 2 and the cylinder i there is an annular space 10 which is sealed at the bottom by the cuffs 8 and at the top by a stuffing box 9, which is connected to a liquid supply line with a check valve and has such dimensions that it can be used for flushing piston and - Cylinder wall sufficient, but not noticeably influencing the composition of the material to be conveyed, can absorb amount of liquid. In the lower part of the cylinder i opens the inlet connector ii for the material to be conveyed, the free end of which is located approximately in the middle of the pump chamber and carries a cage 12 for guiding the ball valve 13 closing the mouth of the connector ii. A connecting line il leads from the pump chamber of the cylinder i into an air vessel i; into, the mouth of which i; also carries a cage 18 'for guiding a ball valve i 9. From the surge tank 1 5, a tube to which the consumption line is connected leading from a suitably located below the valve i9 point from 2o The through pipe ii supplied material of the valve i3 is sucked in during the upward movement of the piston lower opening. At the same time, the water is pressed out of the annular space between the cuffs 8 and the inner wall of the cylinder -i, whereby a thorough flushing of the piston and cylinder wall as well as the lubrication of the -cuffs is achieved. During the downward movement that now takes place, the piston 2 pushes the material downward into the line i [, the valve 13 closing automatically and being kept free from the material being conveyed. The goods then pass through line i: 1 into the '«' indkessel15. and simultaneously with the downward movement of the piston 2 and the closing of the valve i; valve i9 is opened by the pressure of the conveyed material. As a result of the tension in the air in the boiler 1 5 , the valve i9 is closed at the end of the piston stroke, which is also kept free of the conveyed material. The material is pressed down into the pipeline 2o located below the valve i9 and from here to the point of consumption.
