Hydraulic accumulator with compressed air loading The invention relates
alternating on a device on hydraulic accumulators to compensate
Power requirement and fluid fluctuations at a pressurized water generation point
and multiple consumption points - that work at different times and different
Consume pressurized water volumes. The characteristic of the subject matter of the invention consists
in that two separate discharge lines are arranged in the accumulator cylinder
that are automatically opened or closed by float valves and
one of which is used for draining the contents of the accumulator to the point of consumption
serves, while the other with decreasing pressure water consumption the. excess
the amount of liquid constantly pumped by the pressurized water generator in the circuit to the
Pressurized water generator returns itself. The structural design of the facility
offers the technical one compared to the known facilities of a similar type
Advantages that outside of the accumulator there are no control devices such as counterweights,
Spring arrangements, governor linkage and the like, are necessary and a compact design
of the accumulator is made possible.
veranschaulicht.
aus einem Stahlrohr besteht. Er trägt eine Leitung d zum Einlassen der Druckluft;
i dienen.
Die Überlaufleitung i führt.
Saugestutzen q der -Preßpumpe a einmündet.
The subject of the invention is illustrated, for example, in the drawing. The hydraulic accumulator consists of the pressurized water generator a, which can be a pump with rotating or reciprocating pistons, which is driven by an electric motor. The 'pressurized water line b for the accumulator cylinder c, which consists for example of a steel pipe, connects to the upper end of the pressurized water generator d. It carries a line d for admitting the compressed air; which comes from a compressed air tank or from several compressed air bottles and continuously on the liquid in the accumulator c during operation. burdens. The line d is expediently secured against the transfer of pressure fluid from the accumulator cylinder c, which is approximately completely filled with water, to the compressed air bottles by a float valve (not shown). In the upper part of the cylinder c there is a return device for the pressurized water operated by a float e, which consists of a tube g closed at the bottom and provided with lateral openings f, on which a tube slide h connected to the float e slide up and down can. When the liquid level falls, the float e sinks and, with its slide h, closes the openings f, which serve as drains to the return pipe i. In the lower end of the cylinder c, a second float k is arranged, which, also designed as a tubular slide, closes openings l of the line m leading down to the consumption points when the pressure fluid falls. Top and bottom of the cylinder c. there are connecting flanges n, o in order to be able to enlarge the accumulator space as required. The overflow line i leads. after. a space p formed in its upper part as an air chamber, into which a suction nozzle q of the press pump a opens. The walls of the room p have the same strength as those of the cylinder c. In front of the space p, the liquid coming from the pipe i passes through a spring-loaded liquid. Check valve r. A second check valve s connects the space p with a suction line t, which comes from a container u through which the used liquid passes. A pipe v. is fed in, in order to be collected here for repeated use and to be cleaned of any impurities. From the first compartment of the container u, where any foreign bodies carried along are deposited, the cleaned liquid passes through a partition w into another compartment of the container u, from which it flows through the suction line t to the pump a . The height of the liquid level in the room p is regulated by a float valve y, which opens automatically when the liquid level falls, allowing air to enter the room p through a line x (dotted line). When the liquid level rises, the float valve y is automatically closed when the space p has absorbed enough liquid through the lines .t or i. At the same time, the float valve prevents liquid from escaping from the room p through line x .
- Preßpumpe a
The mode of operation of the device is as follows: The pressurized water generator a promotes working fluid from the container ü through the check valve s against the air pressure in the cylinder c and fills the cylinder c, whereby the lower float valve k lifts and the discharge of the pressurized water after the various workplaces the 'openings L and the pressure line m releases. The accumulator cylinder c and the enlarging cylinders connected to it are filled according to the pressurized water consumption: as long as the cylinder c is not filled with pressurized water to a certain extent, the float e is in its lower position, closing off the openings f. If, however, the liquid in the cylinder c rises as a result of less consumption or complete cessation of consumption , the upper float e also rises and opens the openings f. The too much pumped liquid now goes through the line i and through the check valve r under full. Pressure in the. Suction chamber. p the - press pump a back. - The rising pressure in the suction chamber p closes the check valve s of the suction line t, and the float valve y is closed by the rising liquid level, so that the pump a only conveys the liquid coming under pressure from the line i back into the accumulator. Circuit is created and the drive motor of the pump is relieved. About bumps in the system. To avoid this, the upper part of the room is designed as an air chamber. Through the softly set check valve s. As much liquid flows in from the container u until the air in the space p is compressed as much as it corresponds to the pressure of the liquid column in the pipe t. The ventilation line x is used to replace air absorbed by the liquid. That. Float valve y closes the ventilation line when the- - space p fiat enough liquid through the lines' t or up. If the upper float e in the accumulator cylinder c sinks as a result of larger withdrawal of liquid, the openings f of the return line g, i are blocked, the outflow to the room p ceases, and the valve r closes again automatically as a result of the pressure drop. The compressed air in the singing space p expands again to the old volume, whereby normal delivery from the return tank u, which is arranged higher than the pump and which is under atmospheric pressure, begins again by the non-return valve s opening again. The float k arranged in the accumulator cylinder c. has the purpose of preventing the accumulator from becoming empty and preventing compressed air from reaching the points of consumption. For this purpose, the float k is arranged fairly high above the outlet openings Z, so that there is always a part of the liquid in the. Cylinder c must remain. . Accordingly, the connecting flanges o are also expediently to be arranged above the openings Z. Also - the upper float e, h is as high as possible - arranged above the openings f in order to avoid the passage of air when the pressure pump a is not in operation and, if possible, the simultaneous consumption of liquid from the system - and the. to make the available amount of pressurized water as large as possible.
