Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bausteinen aus Lehm, Sand und Zement Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur HersteUung von Bausteinen aus Lehm;, Sand und Zement. Dass Neure besteht darin, daß der Lehn. und Sand durch Vermaihlen und Zerreiben zu einer grüeßlichen Masse innigst vermischt wird. Durch dieses Vermahlen und Zerreiben zu einer grießhchen Masse wird der Vorteil erzielt, daß der zu der Herstellung vorn Bausteinen zu verwendende Lehm in denselben grießlichen Zustand wie der Sand gebracht und infolgedessen der der Lehm-Sand-Mischung zugesetzte Zement mit den grießlichen Lehm- und Sandteilchen sich innigst verbinden kann, so daß eine große Druckfestigkeit der Bausteine gewährleistet ist. Die nach der vorliegenden. Erfindung hergestellte grießliche Lehm- Sand- Masse wird in bekannter Weise mit Zement versetzt, so daß mit dem zugemsch ten, mixt dem Lehm schon innigst vexiennigtexi Sand die Abbindung der Masse vor sich geht, wobei der Zement als Härtemittel zur Erhöhung der Drü,r_kfestigkeit sich auswirkt. Der Lehm kann, w:n er in der Natur vorkommt, als trockner oder feuchter Lehm verwendet werden, nur maß der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der Mischung beim Verarbeiten so geregelt werden, daß sich der Zement mit als Bände- und Härtemittel auswirkt.
