Fliehkraftkupplung Bei Fliehkraftkupplungen ist es entgegen den oft geäußertenAnsichten nicht erwünscht, daß bei auftretender Überlast eine Entkupplung bzw. ein Gleiten eintritt. Da andererseits das beim Anlauf übertragbare Drehmoment die Anlaufstromstärke bedingt, so ist es erforderlich, nachträglich eine Steigerung dieses Drehmomentes bis auf das Kippdrehmoment durchzuführen. Ferner ist es auch unzweckmäßig, die Kupplung plötzlich mit dem vollen Anlaufdrehmoment vorzunehmen. Man hat nun bereits mit der einen Welle umlaufende Fliehkörper in einem mit der anderen Welle verbundenen, zum Teil mit 01 gefüllten Gehäuse angebracht, derart, daß sich die Reibflächen an Fliehkörpern und Gehäuse bei Stillstand und langsamem Umlauf mit Öl benetzten, bei steigender Umlaufzahl die Fliehgewichte zunächst an geschmierten Flächen anlegen, sodann das Öl durch Druck der Gewichte und Fliehkraft nach außen in einen ringförmigen Kanal außerhalb der Reibflächen gepreßt wurde. Da das 01 infolge seiner Dünnflüssigkeit ziemlich schnell aus den Reibflächen entfernt wird, verwendet die vorliegende Erfindung zum Schmieren das starrere Schmierfett und sorgt durch besondere Vorkehrungen dafür, daß die Reibflächen bei erneutem Anlauf wieder gut eingefettet sind.Centrifugal clutch In centrifugal clutches, contrary to what is often said, it is not desirable for a decoupling or slipping to occur when an overload occurs.
