Vorrichtung zum Zusammenpressen der Kolbenringe beim Einführen des
Kolbens in den Zylinder. Die Priorität der Anmeldung in der Schweiz vom r. Oktober
1925 ist in Anspruch genommen. Bisher wurden beim Einführen der Kolben in die Zylinder
die Ringe meistens von Hand zusammengepreßt oder man verwendete z. B. Vorrichtungen
in Form von Manschetten, Bändern o. dgl., die, aus mehreren Teilen bestehend, in
ihrer Handhabung und Befestigungsweise recht umständlich waren und gegenüber dem
Einführen der Kolben von Hand nur geringe Vorteile besaßen. Die Erfindung betrifft
eine Vorrichtung, mittels welcher diese Nachteile aufgehoben werden und die sich
durch große Einfachheit sowohl in der Bauart als auch in der Handhabung auszeichnet
und aus einem einzigen biegsamen, schließbaren und in seinem Durchmesser einstellbaren
Bande besteht, welches sich- im wesentlichen dadurch kennzeichnet, daß das Einstellen
und Schließen zugleich
mittels eines einzigen, an einem Ende des
Bandes angebrachten Vorsprunges erfolgt, cler mit einer Lochreihe zusammenwirkt,
und daß der den Kolben umfassende Teil des, Bandes in bestimmtem Abstande vom Rande
und parallel dazu längs seines Umfanges Abstreifnocken besitzt, während der andere
Teil, das ist das freie Ende, zum Einführen des Kolbens von Hand dient und in seiner
Breite der Länge nach derart abgesetzt ist, daß beim Einführen des mit dem Bande
versehenen Kolbens dieser so weit in die Zylinderbohrung eingeführt werden kann,

Nahe an einem Ende des breiteren Teiles des Streifens ist ein Stollen B angebracht,
der, wie Abb. ¢ zeigt, mit einer Nut versehen ist. Auf dem breiteren Teile des Streifens
befinden sich ferner drei Abstreifstollen F, und auf denk schmäleren Teile ist eine

werden. Zum richtigen Anpressen des Bandes an den Kolben und zum Schließen des Bandes
hält man mit der einen Hand (z. B. Daumen und Zeigefinger) das Band an zwei derAbstreifstollen
fest und mit der anderen Hand besorgt man das Einhängen des Versehlußstollens B
in das passende Loch C. Alsdann biegt man etwa i bis z cm von diesem Loche entfernt
das Band in ungefähr rechtem Winkel vom Kolben weg (Abt. z bei G). Nun wird dar
Kolben mit dem daran festhaltenden Bande an die Zylinderbohrung gebracht und mit
dem Einführen des Kolbens begonnen. Da am unteren Zylinderende die Bohrung schräg
erweitert ist, so kann der Kolben bis auf das Band in den Zylinder eingeführt werden"
und zwar so weit, als die Absetzung F reicht (s. Abb. 3). Dann liegt die in den
Zylinder eingeführte Kante des Bandes so in letzterem, daß die Innenfläche des Bandes
mit der innern Zylinderwand bündig ist. Nun wird der Kolben weiter in den Zylinder
eingestoßen, wobei das Band infolge des Anliegens der Abstreifrollen-E am unteren
Zylinderteil. stehentleibt. Dabei passieren die Kolbenringe die vom Bande gebildete
Schleife und treten in die Zylinderbohrung ein, ohne anzustoßen. Das Band wird dabei
in der Richtung nach der Pleuelstange vom Kolben abgestreift, indem seine Abstreifstollen
E gegen die Stirnwand des Zylinders anliegen. Sobald sich die Kolbenringe
im Zylinder befinden, ist das Band zu lösen. Das Band ist nunmehr vom Drucke der
Kolbenringe entlastet. Der Verschlußstollen B wird aus dem Verschlußloch ausgehängt,
indem man das Band an einem der Abstreifstollen E festhält, am freien Ende
zieht und nach außen bewegt. Dann wird das Band an einem Ende gefaßt und unter dem
Zylinder hervorgezogen. Ein Beschädigen des Kolbens erfolgt dabei nicht wegen der
