Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Lokomotiven mit durch ein Gebläse bewirktem künstlichen Zug und einem ausschaltbaren Hilfsschornstein und besteht darin, daß der Hilfsschornstein in einem Raume der Rauchkammer angeordnet ist, zu dem die Rauchgase von der vorderen R7hrwand düs Lokomotivkessels aus gelangen können, ohne durch in der Rauchkammer eingebaute Hilfsvorrichtungen (Rauchgasvorwärmer, Lufterhitzer u. dgl.) strömen zu müssen. In den von den Wänden a1 und a° eingeschlossenen Teil der Rauchkammex mündet eine Leitung H, die unter den Rost der Lokomotivfeuerung fährt. Zwischen der Wand a1 und der vorderen Rohrwand bi des Kessels ist an :der Rauchkammer ein Hilfsschornstein K angeordnet, der mit einem Hilfsbläser k1 versehen ist. Der Hilfsschornstein ist im normalen Betrieb durch eine Klappek2 abgeschlossen, die durch einen Lenker k3 mit einer Stange L verbunden ist.
