Description

The invention relates to a hose guide of a self-service washing system for commercial vehicles, with one or more along the Wash plate arranged hose booms, according to the preamble of the main claim.

This affects the washability of higher vehicles.

The invention has for its object a hose guide type mentioned in such a way that it is smooth and covers a large wash area for commercial vehicles, and that the Hoses neither the entrance and exit of the vehicle nor against each other hinder each other.

The task is accomplished with a hose guide at the beginning mentioned type according to the invention with from the characterizing Part of the main claim evident features solved.  

The advantages achieved by the invention are that with the combination of ceiling carousel and swivel arm in double Arrangement one above the other a dual circuit system is achieved, wherein the following advantages can be achieved:

• - Few moving parts on the spray lance and brush
• - very light washing sets (easy handling)
• - low variety of parts
• - low maintenance.

Further advantages of the invention are that double or multiple arrangement of a hose guide according to the invention the entire vehicle along a wash plate without moving, or two vehicles can be washed in a row. Hereby there are fewer emissions, which is a relief for the work of the Washer.

Significant advantages of the invention are that a free Entry and exit of the vehicle is reached at the end or change the washing program of the swivel boom with blankets carousel automatically swings out of the wash area.

Hose guide for a self-service washing plant for commercial vehicles, with one or more along the wash plate disposed hose booms, wherein the washing brush and beam tube as a separate system by two superimposed pivoting arm (5) with ceiling carousel (6), which are mounted on the pivot arm (11), characterized characterized in that the swivel brackets ( 5 ) with ceiling carousel ( 6 ) are each provided with a separate automatic retraction mechanism. 2.
