Abstract

Stator 1 und Rotor 3 bilden ein einen Ringraum 5 umschließendes Gehäuse, das der Aufnahme eines den Rotor in mehreren Windungen umschlingenden, in den Leiterabgängen 2, 4 endenden Leiter­ bandes 6 dient. Hierbei können die Leiterabgänge von einem Kontaktstift gebildet sein, an dem die Enden der Leiterfeder befestigt sind, es kann jedoch auch das Leiterband 6 selbst - etwa durch Umspritzen - durch den Rotor bzw. die Statorwandung geführt sein, so daß das Leiterband selbst die Leiterabgänge bildet. Es ist weiterhin der Stator an seiner Innenseite mit einem Ringflansch 7 versehen, die als Führungsfläche für den sie mit einer Ringschulter 8 umgreifenden Rotor dient.

Stromleitungsverbinder zur Überbrückung von Leiterunterbre­ chungen zwischen gegeneinander drehbaren Teilen, insbesondere zwischen Lenkrad und Lenksäule, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse mit einem einen Leiterabgang (2) aufweisenden, an der Lenksäule befestigbaren Stator (1) und einen mit dem Lenkrad drehbaren, ebenfalls mit einem Leiterab­ gang (4) versehenen Rotor (3), die einen den Rotor umgebenden Ringraum (5) begrenzen, der der Aufnahme eines den Rotor in mehreren Windungen umschlingenden, in den Leiterabgängen (2, 4) endenden Leiterbandes (6) dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stator (1) und/oder der Rotor (3) des Gehäuses ganz oder teilweise mit einer Beschichtung (9, 10) aus weichplastischem Material versehen sind.1.
