umspülte Backhauben sind bekannt. Von Bekanntem unterscheidet sich der Erfindungsgegenstand
dadurch, daß der Raum zwischen den doppelten Wandungen der Ober- und Rückseite der
Backhaube durch eine senkrechte Führungszunge in zwei Heizzüge geteilt ist, die
durch Ein- und Austrittsstutzen in den Oberzug des Kochherdes eingreifen, so daß
dieser Oberzug in einen Ein- und einen Austrittskanal für die Heizgase zerlegt wird.
Die Trennung der beiden Kanäle ist vollständig, so da.ß die gesamten Heizgase des
Kochherdes ihren Weg durch die Heizzüge der Backhaube nehmen müssen, um dann beim
Austritt aus der Backhaube den ursprünglichen Weg im Kochherd bis zum Abzug in den

Die Backhaube selbst ist ein prismatischer Hohlkörper, dessen untere

und Backraum e ist von den Außenwänden durch eingezogene Zwischenwände f und g abgetrennt;
dazwischen liegen die Heizzüge der Backhaube. Bei lt ist ein Wrasenabzug für den
Backraum angeordnet. Die vordere Wand i des Backraumes ist um untere Scharniere
umlegbar. Die äußere obere Wand L der Backhaube ist als Schieber, der in Falzen
nz läuft, ausgebildet und mit Handgriff n versehen. # Durch Herausziehen der Platte
sind die Heizzüge der Backhaube zugänglich und können bequem gereinigt werden. Die
Heizzüge werden durch eine Führungszunge o und p in zwei Kanäle geteilt. Am hinteren
unteren Ende sind zwei in den Kochherd eingreifende Stutzen angebracht, wovon der
mit g bezeichnete die Eintrittsöffnung und der mit u bezeichnete die Austrittsöffnung
zwischen den Heizzügen .der Backhaube und dem Oberzug des Kochherdes bildet. Während
die seitlichen Wandungen des Austrittsstutzens u geschlossen sind, ist eine Seite
dieser Wandungen des Eintrittsstutzens g nach dem Feuerraum a des Kochherdes geöffnet.
Dadurch wird e!rzielt, daß die gesamten Heizgase aus dem Kochherd durch die Heizzüge
der Backhaube den mit den Buchstaben g, -Y, s, t, u, v, w, z bezeichneten
Weg ziehen müssen.
