Durch Patent 43662o ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Phenylglycin und dessen Derivaten geschützt, welches u. a. darin besteht, daß man Trichloräthylen oder Acetylentetrachlorid und Anilin im Überschuß mit basisch reagierenden Stoffen, vorzugsweise Kalkmilch, in wässeriger Suspension unter Druck auf Temperaturen von 14o bis igo° so lange erhitzt, bis die Umwandlung der intermediär entstehenden Verbindungen, wie Acetylentriphenyltriamin in Phenylglycinderivate im wesentlichen beendet ist.Process for the preparation of phenylglycine and its derivatives. Anilin für die Reaktion vorfindet, von denen ein Teil dauernd durch Abspaltung aus den Zwischenprodukten gebildet wird. Dies kann dadurch erzielt werden, daß man die für i Mol. berechnete Menge Trichloräthylen in ein Gemisch aus i Mol. (-E- 5 Prozent) Anilin und Kalkmilch nach und nach einpumpt, wobei die Temperatur des Druckkessels ständig auf 17o bis i 8o° C gehalten wird. Beispiel. 412 Teile Anilin, gelöschter Kalk, enthaltend 504 Teile Ca0, und 2ooo Teile Wasser werden in einem Autoklaven mit Rührwerk auf 170° erhitzt und im Verlauf von i o Stunden 555 Teile Trichloräthylen eingepumpt.
