Abstract

Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Transsporteinheit 1 besteht aus einem zu verpackenden, punktiert dargestellten Hausgerät 2, z. B. einem Haushalts-Kühlschrank und einer Transportver packung, wobei zwei solcher Transporteinheiten aufeinander gestapelt sind (in Fig. 1 sind der Übersichtlichkeit halber die beiden Transporteinheiten mit geringem Abstand überein ander gezeichnet). Das Hausgerät besitzt wie üblich ein steifes Außengehäuse, frontseitig eine Gerätetür 3 und rückseitig einen Verdampfer 4 eines nicht weiter darge stellten Kälteaggregates. Das Hausgerät 2 ruht auf einem Bodenteil 5 der stapelbaren Transportverpackung, welcher vorzugsweise aus einem geeigneten Kunststoff, z. B. Polypro pylen, hergestellt ist. Dieser Bodenteil 5 - ebenso wie der nachbeschriebene Deckteil 6 - ist als Schalenteil aus dem formstabilen Material ausgebildet und besitzt eine beim Ausführungsbeispiel die Grundform des Hausgerätes 2 bzw. dessen Außengehäuse allseitig überragende Schalenbasis 7 in Form einer Stellplatte sowie einen senkrecht davon abste henden, umlaufenden Schalenrandflansch 8. Wie die Fig. 1 und 3 zeigen, besitze die nach unten hin weitgehend ge schlossene und damit rollbahnfähige Randkontur des Schalen randflansches 8 an zwei gegenüberliegenden Flanschteilen des rechteckförmigen Bodenteils 5 jeweils zwei Einschnitte 9 die mit Zentrierschrägen 10 frei auslaufen. Diese Ein schnitte 9 dienen dem Einlegen von nachbeschriebenen Spann bändern 11. Zwischen den Einschnitten 9 befindet sich eine Einfahröffnung 12 für Hubtransportzeuge, z. B. Hubgabeln von Gabelstaplern. Seitlich neben den Einschnitten 9 befinden sich in den vorerwähnten Flanschteilen des Schalenrandflan sches 8 Grifföffnungen 13 zum manuellen Heben der Trans porteinheit. Der beim Ausführungsbeispiel identische Deck teil 6 ist richtungsgleich mit dem Bodenteil 5 auf das Oberteil des Hausgerätes 2 aufgesetzt, so daß der umlaufende Schalenrandflansch 8 einen Teil der Oberseite des Hausgerä tes 2 umgreift. Hierbei dienen paarweise angeordnete, drei eckförmige Zentrieransätze 14 einerseits der Begrenzung ei nes Einschnittes 15 für die vorerwähnten Spannbänder 11 und andererseits passen sie zusammen mit den paarweise zusam mengehörenden Zentrierschrägen 10 des Bodenteils 5 der auf die vorbeschriebene Transporteinheit 1 gestapelten weiteren Transporteinheit, wie aus Fig. 1 deutlich zu entnehmen. Durch diese Zentrierelemente werden aufeinander gestapelte Transporteinheiten 1 lagemäßig gegeneinander zentriert und mechanisch gegen verrutschen gesichert. Die senkrecht zu den vorbeschriebenen Flanschteilen sich erstreckenden Flanschteile gemäß Fig. 2 besitzen wiederum Einfahröffnun gen 12 für Hubtransportwerkzeuge und im Bereich zwischen diesen beiden Einfahröffnungen 12 zusätzliche Zentrierele mente jeweils in Form von Zentrieransätzen 16 und Zentrier einschnitten 17, die bei aufeinander gestapelten Transport einheiten wiederum ineinandergreifen.
