Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a directional and hazard warning light location for a motor vehicle according to the preamble of the patent saying 1.
A generic turn signal system is used in many vehicles sets and is, for example, in DE 41 23 270 C1 together slope with a burglar alarm system described. This Flasher system uses a load-controlled control circuit a single turn signal relay. How a lastge works controlled control circuit is characterized as follows: In Ru The blinker relay switch is open so that when loading actuation of a flashing switch (directional or hazard warning flashing ter) initially only a small current over one of the switching bridge of the flasher relay connected in parallel high-resistance flows into the flashing lights. This measuring current then conducts the clocked control of the turn signal relay, its switching bridge shorts the high-impedance measuring resistor and the blinking lamps intermittently connects with the plus potential. Such load-controlled turn signal system has the advantage that the external Circuitry can be easily checked for functionality, since the blinking lamp current is passed through the blinking switch and a fault in the circuit from the current or voltage query is recognized by the measuring resistor.
The hazard warning light mode is known to switch in these conventional systems in that all the flashing lights are connected on both sides of the vehicle via the hazard warning switch and are connected together to the clock generator. This has the disadvantage that a lane change cannot be displayed in hazard warning mode, since the right and left indicator lamp groups are electrically short-circuited and can no longer be activated individually. Another disadvantage is that, in order to enable a warning flashing operation even when the ignition is switched off, that is to say when the ignition switch is open, the hazard warning switch requires a second switching level with a changeover switch and three further connections. Thus, when the hazard warning switch is actuated, the supply connection of the clock generator is switched from plus (in the DIN nomenclature terminal 15 ) to permanent plus (terminal 30 ), whereby the clock generator is fed directly from the battery of the vehicle, bypassing the ignition switch.
Hazard warning flashers are also available from various fonts whose type is known, which none of the above, but have other disadvantages. DE 40 30 513 A1 is representative called, where the left and right flashing lights each switched intermittently by its own load switching relay the load switching relays from a control circuit to be controlled. The operating state of the control circuit is through the position of simply trained hazard warning and driving directional switch can be specified, which is independent of the flashing lights must be connected to the control circuit. Next to the increased cabling is a disadvantage that for each Flashing lamp group has its own cost-driving power amplifier with load switching relay is required, so that compared to a Generic turn signal lamp system a considerable cost disadvantage results. Add to that the hazard warning and direction switch has its own control current, so that a simple che check of the external wiring - unlike the load controlled turn signal systems where the blink lamp current through the Flashing switch is performed - is not easily possible.
Load-controlled flashing systems are also known from DE 41 13 455 A1 and DE 41 37 611 A1, in which, starting from a common connection with permanent plus (terminal 30 ), the current paths for the hazard warning flashing and the direction flashing are separated by a load switching relay designed as a double contact relay. which is clocked synchronously.
The object of the invention is one with little modification Generic hazard warning system of the advantageous load control the type for the contacting of the hazard warning switch to reduce. In addition, the circuit arrangement should include a times means can be expanded so that a direction of travel change can also be displayed in hazard warning mode.
This task is done with the characteristics of the characteristic part of claim 1 solved, advantageous embodiments and further developments emerge from the subclaims.
The main idea of the invention is for each Hazard warning lights and a separate one for the direction indicator load-controlled blink current path, each with its own current query, the paths being separated but synchronously by the load switching relay designed as a double contact relay be switched. It will therefore only save one cost Switching relay required. The second switching level in the Hazard warning switch for switching the supply from plus to There is no permanent plus because of the different supply connection with the separate current paths for hazard warning lights and driving lane display is realized.
Furthermore, the separate current query enables actuation the direction switch from actuation of the hazard warning lights to distinguish switch and also their simultaneous actuation clearly recognizable. This possibility is in a Training used in such a way that at the same time Actuation of the direction and hazard warning switch Flasher relay is deactivated and thus open during an auxiliary clock generator a flashing current in the direction flashing path is fed.
Es zeigtFurther details and advantages go from the drawing and the description that follows here. It shows
Fig. 1 ein Ausführungsbeispiel zu der erfindungsgemäßen Blinkanlage, Fig. 1 shows an embodiment to the inventive warning system,
Fig. 2 is a development of the turn signal system according to the invention, which enables a direction indicator in hazard warning mode.
The flashers in Fig. 1 is composed of a flasher unit 1 and external components such as hazard switch WBL, RBL direction indicator switch, ignition switch IG and the two flash lamps groups LL, LR together. The flasher unit 1 in turn contains an electronic control circuit 2 (microcomputer) with connections 2.1-2.5 and circuit elements connected to them on a common circuit board, in particular a blinker relay 3 and further contacts for connecting the external components.
Die Funktionsweise der Blinkanlage ist wie folgt: A first supply connection 2.1 of the control circuit 2 is connected to the plus potential (permanent plus) KL30, in the DIN nomenclature Klem me 30 , of the vehicle electrical system. A warning signal terminal 2.2 is connected to the changeover contact of a flashing switch WBL designed as a twin closer, the two fixed contacts of which are connected to the flashing lights LL on the left and with the flashing lights LR on the right side of the vehicle. The second supply connection 2.3 is connected to the positive potential (plus) KL15, which is switched via the ignition switch ZÜ, in the DIN nomenclature terminal 15 . A directional signal connection 2.4 is connected to the changeover contact of the direction indicator switch RBL, which is designed as a two-way closer with a neutral center position, the two fixed contacts of which are also each connected to the left LL or the right LR indicator lamp group. A generator output 2.5 controls the flasher relay 3 , which is designed as a two-pole circuit breaker, via a power stage (not specifically shown ) . With activated winker relay 3, the two switching bridges 3.1, 3.2 in the closed position, wherein the first switching bridge 3.1 the first power supply terminal 2.1 with the warning signal terminal 2.2, and the second switching bridge 3.2 the second supply terminal 2.3 connection with the direction Blink 2.4 shorts. Furthermore, both switching bridges 3.1 , 3.2 are each bridged with a measuring resistor R1 or R2 which is high-impedance with respect to the internal resistance of the flashing lamps LL, LR. The flashing system works as follows:
If the hazard warning switch is actuated alone, the indicator lamp groups LL, LR are connected to the permanent plus KL30 via the measuring resistor R1. As a result, a measuring voltage drops across R1, which triggers the control circuit 2 via the hazard warning connection 2.2 in such a way that the blinker relay 3 is intermittently activated via the generator output 2.5 . Correspondingly, the measuring resistor R1 is bridged over by the switching bridge 3.1 , so that the flashing lights LL, LR are placed intermittently for the duration plus KL30, as long as the hazard warning switch WBL is closed and the voltage drop across the measuring resistor R1 is present. Since the hazard warning current path is fed by permanent plus KL30, hazard warning flashing is independent of the position of the ignition switch ZÜ.
If only the direction indicator switch RBL is actuated, the selected indicator lamp group LL or LR is connected via the second measuring resistor R2 to the positive pole KL15 connected via the ignition switch ZÜ. The measuring voltage thereby falling from the measuring resistor R2 triggers the control circuit 2 via the direction blinking connection 2.4 , so that, analogously to the blinking warning operation, the generator output 2.5 intermittently activates the blinker relay as long as the voltage drop continues. Correspondingly, the measuring resistor R2 is bridged by the switching bridge 3.2 , so that the selected flashing lamp group LL or LR is intermittently connected to Plus KL15. Since the direction flashing current path is connected to the plus potential via the ignition switch ZÜ, the direction flashing operation is only possible when the ignition is switched on.
The switching bridge 3.1 of the hazard warning path, which is connected in the case of a single direction flashing operation, has no influence, since the hazard warning switch WBL is open and the hazard warning current path is therefore interrupted. The same applies, of course, for the solo hazard warning mode, in which the switching bridge 3.2 is also connected, but the direction flashing path is interrupted by the direction flashing switch ter RBL.
Since the flasher according to the invention apart from the Versor connections KL30, KL15 only two to the outside, namely to the Flasher switches WBL, RBL required lines is the Cabling effort compared to all of the flashing systems mentioned above reduced. Furthermore, only one for the hazard warning switch WBL simple changeover switch required.
Simultaneous actuation of directional and hazard warning flashers RBL, WBL can be recognized by the control circuit 2 on the voltage drops occurring at the two measuring resistors R1, R2 at the same time. However, since the two indicator lamp groups LL, LR are short-circuited via the hazard warning switch WBL, all indicator lamps are clocked together. However, it is conceivable to provide an own blinking cycle to indicate an intended lane change during the hazard warning operation, so that a vehicle following can be warned, albeit without reference to the direction of the lane change.
A further improvement can be achieved with the further development shown in FIG. 2 and described below. For this purpose, as a first measure, the turn signal system according to the invention is supplemented by decoupling diodes D1, D2, each of which is inserted into the lines which connect the two fixed contacts of the hazard warning switch WBL to the two indicator lamp groups LL, LR. The diodes D1, D2 are polarized so that the blinking light LL, LR can feed in the forward direction of the clocked flashing current. On the other hand, the diodes prevent a directional blinking current fed in via the direction blinking switch RBL and, at the same time, the hazard blinking switch WBL being actuated, from being fed into the blinking lamp group not selected by the actuation of the direction blinking switch RBL. Due to the decoupling, the two line ends, which are connected in Fig. 2 to the Festkon contacts of the hazard warning switch, permanently connected and connected together to a fixed contact, so that a simple closing switch could also be used as hazard warning switch WBL.
As a further measure, a second generator output 2.6 is seen through which an intermittent directional blinking current can be fed into the line to the changeover contact of the directional blinking switch RBL via a power output stage 4 . The control circuit 2 is now designed or programmed so that the flasher relay 3 is inactivated when the hazard warning switch WBL and the direction indicator switch RBL are actuated simultaneously. The simultaneous actuation of the two flashing switches WBL, RBL is, as described above, indicated by the simultaneous occurrence of a voltage drop across the measuring resistors R1, R2 of the control circuit 2 . When the blinker relay 3 is in the rest position, its switching bridges 3.1 , 3.2 are open, in particular there is no blinking current clocked by the blinker relay 3 . Instead, this is fed in by the second generator output 2.6 and the downstream power output stage 4 and supplied to the selected turn signal lamp group LL or LR via the direction indicator switch RBL.
If one of the flashing switches RBL, WBL is switched off again, this is indicated to the control circuit 2 by the disappearance of the corresponding voltage drop across one of the measuring resistors R1, R2, whereupon the control circuit 2 returns to the flashing mode clocked by the flashing relay 3 .
Since direction flashing is a comparatively rare and only temporarily requested function during hazard warning operation, the output stage 4 can be designed to meet this lower requirement of an emergency cycle. In particular, there is no need for a further power switching relay. To secure the output stage 4, it can further be provided that the emergency clocking with direction indicator is only activated temporarily and after a predetermined time in the hazard warning flashing operation with clocking via the turn signal relay 3 is switched back. Overall, with the same range of functions, there is a cost advantage compared to the above-mentioned turn signal systems, each with a power switching relay for each side of the vehicle.
