Description
The invention relates to a vehicle roof with at least one while driving openable roof part, which is arranged on roof parts lying to the side of it Guides in the vehicle longitudinal direction can be moved into at least one opening position, and with an at least temporarily fixed roof part on which the side Roof parts are attached, the side roof parts according to the opening procedure capable roof part can be swiveled onto the temporarily fixed roof part and that openable roof part and the temporarily fixed roof part to release one Convertible roof opening can be moved into a storage space in the rear of the vehicle are according to the main patent 42 03 229.
The present invention describes a particularly suitable for pivoting the side roof parts Mechanism. Since the side roof parts with the guides arranged on them for the openable roof part each have a certain width, they must be in front of the Swing to the temporarily fixed rear roof part at its joint to this first be removed from it by a certain amount.
The invention has for its object a mechanism suitable for this to provide.
The object is achieved in that the lateral roof parts by means of a push rotation mechanics by a single driven part before swinging on the temporarily fixed roof part by an amount in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle are movable away.
By means of the thrust rotating mechanism according to the invention is by a single drive to create a longitudinal movement of the side roof parts required distance from the temporarily fixed roof part and then one Pivotal movement of the side roof part can be realized. Advantageous embodiments of the Invention can be found in the subclaims.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of a thrust rotary mechanism provides that the temporarily fixed roof part rotatably mounted, connected to a drive Control disc via a pin link arranged eccentrically to its axis of rotation connection with a lever connected to the side roof part for conversion a rotary movement of the control disc in a sliding movement of the lever in one is connected to the first drive interval and that also a parallel to the axis of rotation Slidable locking block for non-rotatable coupling of the control disc and lever in a second drive interval is provided. By means of the eccentric to the axis of rotation arranged bolt-link connection can be a rotational movement in a favorable Convert sliding movement and can be favorable force transmission ratios on the realize lever to be moved.
Such a thrust rotary mechanism is advantageously designed such that the control disc in first and in the second drive interval each covered an angle of rotation of 90 °.
It is also advantageous if the locking block has a radial one in the first drive interval Performs movement with respect to the axis of rotation of the control disc. With this movement is the brick advantageously in a fixed with the temporarily fixed roof part connected slot led. It is also advantageous if the locking block is the coupling movement between control disc and lever at the beginning of the second drive interval takes place automatically by means of inclined ramps.
To implement a bolt-link connection, it is both conceivable to attach the bolt to arrange the control disc and the setting on the lever and vice versa.
Es zeigt: Below is an embodiment of the invention with reference to the drawing described. It shows:

The vehicle roof shown in Fig. 1 is composed of a front cross member 62 , an adjoining, optionally opening or closing a roof opening openable roof part (cover 64 ), laterally lying side roof parts 66 and a rear roof part 67 , which on the C -Columns 68 is mounted. The lateral roof parts 66 , of which only the right-hand one is shown in FIG. 1, carry on their inner side guide rails (not shown) on which the cover 64 can be raised and displaced in the longitudinal direction via the rear roof part 67 . After the cover 64 has been completely opened , ie when it has been pushed completely to the rear, the lateral roof parts 66 can be provided by means of a mechanism provided in the front area for connection to the front cross member 62 and not shown here by means of a drive 82 arranged in the front cross member detach from this and then by means of a push-turn mechanism designated as a whole in FIG. 1 with 101 first shift a piece from the rear roof part 67 to the front and then pivot laterally inwards to the rear roof part 67 . Of the electrical drives shown schematically in addition to the already mentioned electric drive 82 , the drive 77 for actuating the cover 64 , the drive 78 for actuating the push-turn mechanism 101 by means of the drive cable 103 and the drive 81 in the C-pillar 68 for a longitudinal displacement of the provided rear roof part 67 opposite the C-pillars 68 . The further shown drives 74 and 75 in the rear part of the vehicle are used to actuate a storage space cover (not shown) and a lowerable rear window and are not relevant to the present invention.
In FIG. 2, compared to FIG. 1, the cover 64 has been moved into its fully open position in a receptacle in the rear roof part 67 . The side roof parts 66 were detached from the front cross member 62 by means of a spindle-like mechanism described in a parallel additional application, and then the rear roof part 67 together with the side roof parts 66 were moved slightly backwards relative to the C-pillars 68 by means of the drives 81 . The thrust rotary mechanism 101 described below then ensures that the lateral roof parts 66 are initially moved forward by an amount X 1 at their joint point shown in FIG. 2 relative to the rear roof part 67 , so that they can subsequently be pivoted inwards to the rear roof part 67 are. The pushing rotary mechanism 101 for this purpose comprises a housing which consists of a 106 A lower base plate 106 and a top cover. In FIGS. 3 to 5, only the lower base plate 106 is shown, the top cover 106 A is indicated in Figs. 7 to 9. A pinion 107 which is in engagement with a drive cable 103 driven by the electric drive 77 is rotatably arranged on the base plate 106 . The pinion 107 , in turn, engages with a toothing on a control disk 108 with its toothing. The axis of rotation 102 of the control disk 108 is fixedly mounted on the base plate 106 . A rectangular recess 109 is provided in the vicinity of the outer circumference of the control disk 108 , and the control disk 108 also carries a bolt 110 firmly connected to it on its upper side. In the cover 106 A there is a rectangular slot 112 extending in the longitudinal direction of the lever arm 105 in its basic position according to FIG. 3. In this slot 112 , a locking block 111 is slidably mounted. The locking block can also be moved perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIGS. 3 to 5, ie in the Z direction. Provided on the lever arm 105 is a link slot 113 which extends transversely to its longitudinal direction and into which the bolt 110 engages. By moving the drive cable 103 , the pinion 107 is rotated and rotates with its toothing the control disk 108 in a first drive interval from the position shown in FIG. 3 to the illustration in FIG. 4 by an angle of 90 ° to the left. The bolt 110 takes the lever arm 105 to the left by an amount X 1 due to the engagement in the link slot 113 . The thereby in the slot 112 (see FIGS. 7 and 8) with outwardly moving locking block 111 ensures through its engagement in this slot 112 connected to the upper cover 106 A that the movement of the lever 105 can only take place in the direction of the slot 112 . As a result, the side roof part 66 fastened to the lever arm 105 is brought at an equal distance X 1 from the rear roof part 67 , which enables the side roof part 66 to subsequently pivot. At the same time, the locking block 111 within the rectangular slot 112 of the cover 106 A is taken to the left by the same amount X 1 and can thus be moved into the position shown in FIG. 4 by a vertical movement into the plane of the drawing into the rectangular recess 109 of the control disk 108 engage and thus connect them to the lever 105 in a rotationally fixed manner. The actuation of the locking block 111 is described in more detail below in connection with FIGS. 7 to 9. When the control disk 108 of FIG. 4 is rotated a further 90 ° to the left, as shown in FIG. 5, the lever arm 105 is therefore carried along by the control disk 108 . In the illustration in Figs. 3 to 5 is a plan view of the push twist mechanism for the right side roof part which is pivoted in the in the Fig. Position shown 5 inwardly towards the vehicle center of the rear roof part 67.
The actuation of the locking block 111 is described below with reference to FIGS. 7 to 9. In the basic position with the lateral roof part 66 stretched according to FIG. 3, the locking block 111 sits, as can be seen in FIG. 7, with its lower part in an only slightly larger rectangular recess of the lever 105 and with its upper part in the slot 112 , which in the top cover 106 A of the base plate extends in the direction of the lever 105 . During the subsequent rotation of the under-lever 105 control disc 108 in shown in FIG. 4 and the position shown 8 Fig. Rotates to a recess 109 in the control disk 108 under the slit 112 and the other of the locking block migrates 111 through the rectangular Recess in lever 105 is guided radially outward with this by the amount X 1 ( FIG. 3). Upon further rotation of the control disk 108 from the position shown in FIG. 4 to the position shown in FIG. 5, the locking block 111 is, as shown in FIG. 8, by an inclined ramp 111 A at the front in the direction of rotation on its upper side and a with this cooperating oppositely inclined ramp on the cover 106 A forcibly pressed down until it reaches the position shown in FIG. 9 and thereby connects the lever 105 to the control disk 108 in a rotationally fixed manner. When the side roof part 66 is pivoted back into the extended position, the locking block 111 is reached upon reaching the position according to FIG. 8 by a ramp 109 A provided on the recess 109 of the control disk 108 in cooperation with an oppositely inclined ramp 111 B arranged on the underside of the locking block ( Fig. 7) forcibly lifted up and thereby inserted into the slot 112 of the cover 106 A, the locking of the lever 105 with the control disk 108 being released at the same time. The locking block then moves radially inward from the position shown in FIG. 4 until the lever 105 has reached its basic position shown in FIG. 3.
With the thrust rotation mechanism described above, an actuation of one is pivoting side roof part in a vehicle roof according to the main patent in easily accessible using a single drive.
