Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Palette nach dem Gattungsbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Bekannte Paletten dieser Art sind genormt hinsichtlich der Außenabmessungen und der Füße. Wichtig ist auch eine rechtkantige Ausrichtung der Wände der Füße, damit die Paletten sicher mit Stap­ lern oder Hubwagen bewegt und in Regalen gestapelt werden können. Auf die Formgebung der Palette sind auch Rollenbahnen sowie Schalter, insbesondere Endschalter abgestimmt. Tiefgezogene Paletten aus einem Thermoplast lassen sich nicht unmittelbar in entsprechender Aasbildung herstellen. Außerdem erschwert die Verwendung von Teilen aus verschiedenen, unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen deren Wieder­ aufbereitung beziehungsweise Recycling, da die Teile voneinander getrennt, und die verschiedenen Werkstoffe gesondert recycliert werden müssen.
Die EP 0400640 A1 und die DE 91 13 329 U1 beschreiben jeweils eine aus zwei Spritzgußteilen zusammengesetzte Palette. Hierbei müssen hohe Werkzeugkosten aufgewandt werden.
Die DE 37 03 317 A1 beschreibt einen Werkstückträger aus einem Rahmen und einem Einsatz. Derartige Werkstückträger werden auf Transportpaletten transportiert und gehandhabt. Diese Werkstück­ träger sind jedoch nicht an Transportbedürfnisse angepaßt.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist eine Ausbildung einer stabilen und sicher handhabbaren Palette aus wiederaufbereitbarem Thermoplast in den gegebenen Normabmessung und eine wirtschaftliche Herstel­ lung der Palette.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als die tiefgezogene Palette mit kostengünstigen Werkzeugen hergestellt werden kann. Die Teile sind in ausreichender Genauigkeit an die Bedingungen der Handhabbarkeit angepaßt. Alle Teile bestehen sind aus gleichem oder verträglichem Werkstoff, so daß die gesamte Palette in einfacher Weise recyclierbar ist.
Die Verwindungssteifigkeit der Palette wird dadurch erhöht, daß die Platte auf die Füße ausgerich­ tete Versteifungsrippen aufweist.
Eine weitere Versteifung ist dadurch gewährleistet, daß die Platte Diagonalrippen aufweist.
Eine stabile Fixierung der Schuhe wird dadurch erzielt, daß jeder Schuh an den Stirnrändern der Seitenwände Ausschnitte zum Übergreifen der Versteifungsrippen aufweist.
Die Wiederaufbereitung wird dadurch vereinfacht, daß alle Teile einschließlich der Kunststoffver­ schrauben aus dem gleichen Thermoplast oder aus verträglichen Thermoplasten bestehen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung erläutert, in der darstellen:
Fig. 1 eine Unteransicht einer Palette,
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig. 1 und
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in Fig. 1.
Ein Hauptteil der Palette ist ein tiefgezogener thermoplastischer Grundkörper 1, aus dessen ebener rechteckiger Platte 2 rinnenförmige Versteifungrippen 3 und Diagonalrippen 4 als Aussteifungen und pyramidenstumpfförmige Füße 5 tiefgezogen sind. Die Palette hat die genormten Abmessungen von 800 × 1200 mm, wobei jedoch auch andere Abmessungen möglich sind. Es sind neun Füße 5 in drei Reihen zu jeweils drei Füßen angeordnet.
Für eine sichere und störungsfreie Handhabung der Palette müssen die Füße 5 im wesentlichen senkrechte Kanten aufweisen. Dieses läßt sich durch Tiefziehen nicht verwirklichen. Infolgedessen ist über jeden Fuß 5 ein Schuh 6 mit ebenfalls pyramidenstumpfförmigem Innenprofil aus einen geschäum­ ten Thermoplast gezogen. Die Stirnränder der Schuhe 6 haben Ausschnitte 9, die über die Versteifungs­ rippen 3 greifen und die Schuhe 6 lagerichtig fixieren. In Längsrichtung der Palette sind die drei Füße 5 bzw. Schuhe 6 jeder Reihe durch eine Leiste 7 überdeckt. Die Leisten 7 sind mit den Schuhen 6 und Füßen 5 jeweils durch Schraubverbindungen 8 zusammengehalten. Die Schraubverbindungen umfassen Schrauben und Muttern aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff.
Die geschäumten Schuhe 6 haben eine hohe Stabilität und Stoßfestigkeit, so daß die Bruchgefahr beim Anstoßen gering ist. Die senkrechten Wände lassen sich genau ausbilden, so daß die Palette in Rol­ lenbahnen und anderen automatischen Transporteinrichtungen handhabbar ist. Alle Teile bestehen aus dem gleichen Kunststoff oder jedenfalls aus verträglichen Kunststoffen, die gemeinsam wiederaufbereitet werden können. Es handelt sich um extrudierte, tiefgezogene bzw. geschäumte Thermoplaste sowie um Spritzgießteile für die Schraubverbindungen.

Claims (4)

1. Palette mit einem eine im wesentlichen ebene rechteckige Plat­ te aufweisenden Grundkörper, der mit in Längsreihen angeordneten Füßen aus einem Thermoplast besteht, und auf die Füße gesetzten Schuhen und mit die Schuhe jeder Reihe verbindenden Leisten, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, daß der Grundkörper (1) als Tiefziehteil mit pyramidenstumpfför­ migen Füßen ausgebildet ist, daß die Schuhe (6) aus einem geschäumten Thermoplast und mit rechtkantigen Außenwänden über die Füße (5) ge­ setzt sind und daß die Leisten (7) durch Kunststoffverschraubungen (8) an Schuhen (6) und Füßen (5) der Platte (2) befestigt sind, wobei alle Teile einschließlich der Kunststoffverschraubungen aus dem gleichen Thermoplast oder aus verträglichen Thermoplasten bestehen.
2. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plat­ te (2) auf die Füße (5) ausgerichtete Versteifungsrippen (3) aufweist.
3. Palette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plat­ te (2) Diagonalrippen (4) aufweist.
4. Palette nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schuh (6) an den Stirnrändern der Seitenwände Ausschnitte (9) zum Übergreifen der Versteifungsrippen (3) aufweist.
