Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lifting and locking device for the roof and the upper Loading platform on covered double-decker car transport wagons, which can be adapted to different vehicle boundaries and transport requirements height adjustable Own vehicle roofs and loading platforms.
According to the generic DE 40 20 020 A1 covered double-decker wagons are for Transport of passenger cars known in which the upper loading platform and the roof are coupled with each other depending on the movement, so that when the lifting device is actuated for the upper loading platform, the roof is taken in accordance with the direction. As a drive for the lifting devices are hydraulic cylinders that can be loaded synchronously on the columns arranged. The disadvantage here is that the height ratio between the roof and the top Loading platform is not variable and thus the performance characteristics of these vehicles be significantly restricted.
There are also known double-decker car transport vehicles, in which the upper Loading platform e.g. B. is adjustable via cables or spindles and the roof over one central drive separated from the stage lifting device z. B. Pneumatic cylinder is raised (DE 41 07 476 A1). The disadvantage here is that for the roof and Stage drive requires a lot of effort in the production and maintenance because separate and different lifting devices and drives in multiple arrangement are necessary.
According to US 1894 534, a double-deck car transport vehicle is known in which the stage is divided over the length of the vehicle into sections adjustable by spindles. The The roof protruding from the straight side wall parts and end walls rests on the car ends arranged supports, disadvantageously by hand lever are adjustable and lockable in their upper position, with the roof in one position in the tilted position.
The object of the invention is a roof and stage drive and storage for to create covered double-decker car transport goods, the respective position of the roof and upper loading platform is freely selectable, the effort in the production and Entertainment kept low, functional reliability and ease of movement increased and the operation is simplified.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that in each support column for the Combined roof and loading platform spindle gearboxes are available for the vehicle roof a common or switchable drive common to a pair of support columns it is provided that between the vertical roof and loading platform guidance between Vehicle roof and support pillars as well as between the upper loading platform and support pillars Guide elements are arranged laterally outside the support columns, which on the one Fixed-end side of the vehicle from the vehicle roof and the upper loading platform exist in the longitudinal and transverse stabilizing roller guides and on the Floating side of the vehicle roof and the upper loading platform in the transverse direction stabilizing roller guides exist. Fig. 1 shows a covered double-deck car transport freight wagon with the lifting and locking device. For this purpose, the roof and loading platform spindle gear 8 consists of a hollow spindle 9 and a spindle 10 pushed into it. As can be seen in FIG. 2, the hollow spindle 9 carries the upper loading platform 2 via spindle nuts 11 and vertical supports 12 . The spindle 10 also supports the vehicle roof 1 via spindle nuts 11 and vertical supports 12 . To stabilize the spindle holder and limit the lifting height of the vehicle roof 1 , the support columns 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 have a U-shaped cutout 13 in their upper area, which has a transverse yoke 14 at its upper end, which connects the spindle 10 with the spindle nut 11 holds, locks. To hold the hollow spindle 9 at its upper end, a transverse yoke 14 of this kind is arranged on the support columns 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 in the region of the highest position of the upper loading platform 2 . Between the vehicle roof 1 and the support columns 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 and between the upper loading platform 2 and the support columns 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 are, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 5, laterally outside the support columns 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 guide elements 15 arranged with guide rollers 16 . They run in roller guides 17 provided specifically along the support columns 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 . In this way, a stable, uniform and smooth movement sequence is ensured while the vehicle roof 1 or the upper loading platform 2 is being raised or lowered. In particular, the roller guides 17 on the fixed bearing side 18 ensure longitudinal and transverse stabilization and the roller guides 17 on the floating bearing side 19 ensure transverse stabilization of the vehicle roof 1 and the upper loading platform 2 . To relieve the hollow spindle 9 and the spindles 10 . rollers 20 and card portions 21 are further provided on the fixed bearing side 18 laterally above the spindle nuts 11 . For the choice of the respective Höhenendstellung of the vehicle roof 1 6 repluggable support elements 22 are provided between the vehicle roof 1 and the supporting columns 3, 4, 5, arranged, which at the bearing side 18 of the freight wagon vertical pads 23 and inclined surface Horizontalbbegrenzungen 24 and correspond with synchronous correction stops 25th Fig. 6 shows the suspension of the loading platform 2 via mounting tabs 26 between the gimbal 21 and spindle nut 11. The horizontal displacement of the loading platform 2 with respect to the support columns 3 , 4 on the floating bearing side 19 which results from the uneven vertical movement of the loading platform 2 is thereby compensated. The vehicle roof 1 and upper loading platform 2 are raised and lowered by means of a common drive, for example an electric motor 27 , which drives the hollow spindles 9 or the spindles 10 of a pair of support columns 3 , 4 or 5 , 6 via a gear 28 . In Fig. 7 the switching mechanism is shown, by means of which either the vehicle roof 1 or the upper loading platform 2 can be operated. For this purpose, sprockets 29 are provided at the lower ends of the hollow spindles 9 and the spindles 10 , which are driven by the electric motor 27 via a chain 30 . The sprocket 29 of the hollow spindle 9 or the spindle 10 is optionally in engagement. Another embodiment of the switching mechanism is shown in FIG. 8 as a view from above. Here, two spindles 10 are arranged next to one another, one of the two being provided for raising and lowering the vehicle roof 1 and the second for actuating the upper loading platform 2 . The actuation of the spindles 10 is also possible here via a gear 28 . Fig. 9 shows a further embodiment of the spindle nut 11 with a highly slidable plastic threaded insert 31 , which is encased and secured by a metal ring. A metal nut 32 arranged under the spindle nut 11 assumes an additional securing function. Referring to FIG. 10 6 visual marks 33 are provided on the supporting columns 3, 4 or 5, provided that enables a function of the position of the vehicle roof 1, a precise height adjustment of the upper loading platform 2. This can be read off by means of a pointer 34 arranged on the loading platform 2 .
