Description
- 1 bis 60 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 40 Gew.-% Kobalt,
- 0,1 bis 60 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 30 Gew.-% des Elements M,
- 0,01 bis 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,05 bis 5 Gew.-% des Elements N.
Der in einen Reaktor eingeführte Katalysator wird zunächst vorreduziert, indem man ihn mit einem Gemisch aus einem Inertgas (z. B. Stickstoff) und mindestens einer reduzie renden Verbindung (z. B. Wasserstoff oder Kohlenmonoxid) in Kontakt bringt, wobei das Molverhältnis reduzierende Ver bindung : (reduzierende Verbindung + Inertgas) 0,001 : 1 bis 1 : 1 beträgt.
- - Anstieg von Umgebungstemperatur auf 450°C mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 30°C/h,
- - Halten für 6 h bei 450°C,
- - Abkühlung auf 20°C.
- - Anstieg von Umgebungstemperatur auf 450°C mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 0,5°C/min,
- - Halten für 6 h bei 450°C,
- - Abkühlung bis auf Umgebungstemperatur mit einer Ge schwindigkeit von 10°C/min.
- - Anstieg von Umgebungstemperatur auf 450°C mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 3°C/min,
- - Halten für 6 h bei 450°C,
- - Abkühlung bis auf Umgebungstemperatur mit einer Ge schwindigkeit von 10°C/min.
- - Anstieg von Umgebungstemperatur auf 150°C mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 2°C/min,
- - Halten für 2 h bei 125°C,
- - Anstieg von 125 auf 225°C mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 2°C/min,
- - Halten für 2 h bei 225°C,
- - Anstieg von 225 auf 320°C mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 2°C/min,
- - Halten für 2 h bei 320°C,
- - Abkühlung bis auf Umgebungstemperatur.
- - Anstieg von Umgebungstemperatur auf 400°C mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 3°C/min,
- - Halten für 6 h bei 400°C,
- - Abkühlung bis auf Umgebungstemperatur mit einer Ge schwindigkeit von 10°C/min.
