Darüberhinaus ist es Ziel der Erfindung, ein solches medizinisches Gerät so auszubilden, daß es möglichst bequem im Arztkittel transportiert werden kann. Dies wird gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung dadurch gewährleistet, daß das medizinische Gerät in mehrere Einzelteile demontierbar ist und zwar aus einem Kopfteil besteht und wenigstens zwei Schaftteilen, die jeweils mit Klemmbügeln ausgerüstet sind und somit in einer Kitteltasche ähnlich wie ein Kugelschreiber festklemmbar sind. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung dient das Kopfteil zum einen als Perkussionshammer und weist daher an einer Seite ein Gummipolster auf und das Kopfteil dient gleichzeitig als Lampe, indem das dem Gummipolster gegenüberliegende Ende des Kopfteils eine bei Bedarf einschaltbare Beleuchtungseinrichtung enthält. Die Lampe 18 wird über einen Schalter 33 betätigt, der sich außen am Gehäuse des Kopfteils 11 befindet und zwar in der Darstellung in Nähe des oberen Endes des Klemmbügels 14.
