Description

Der Gewinnung beständiger kolloidaler Kupferlösungen haben bisher beträchtliche Schwierigkeiten im Wege gestanden. Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man kolloidale Kupfermetallösungen von hoher Beständigkeit einfach in der Weise herstellen kann, daß man metallisches Kupfer in Gegenwart von Kasein als Schutzkolloid fein verteilt. Die feine Verteilung kann in beliebiger Weise, besonders einfach und vorteilhaft· auf rein mechanischem Wege durch Schütteln, Rühren usw. bewirkt werden, wobei man zweckmäßig von bereits weitgehend zerkleinertem Metall ausgeht; doch kann man auch' kompakte Stücke durch dauernde Bewegung mehr oder weniger rasch in Form von Hydrosolen bringen. Bei der Herstellung der Kupfermetalllösungen ist es ratsam, in einer indifferenten oder reduzierenden Atmosphäre zu arbeiten sowie von dem Produkt Sauerstoff fernzuhalten. Das Kasein wird vorteilhaft in Form alkalischer Lösungen verwendet. Auch von Kupfersalzen kann man ausgehen, indem man z. B.
