Description
Device for emptying the cups of sticky bucket elevators and baking masses. The invention relates to a bucket elevator for sticky, baking Masses and consists of a device that always completely empties the with a solid bottom cup at the ejection point for the goods, namely with simple, little wear exposed means. According to the invention for this purpose, the material picked up by the cup with a solid bottom is placed on the Ejection side forcibly scraped or cut out by a scraper or Cutter of cup width while moving the cup at the emptying point enters this and is moved with him in such a leading way that: ß he goes to his Re-emergence completely sweeps over the length of the bottom of the cup, with this is so curved that the scraper or cutter is always in contact or almost remains in contact with the ground.
The bucket elevator is at the ejection point in a known manner via a Guide drum out so that the cups around the axis of this at the ejection point Drum while the scraper or cutter moves in any straight line. or curvilinear.
The drawing shows two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention shown schematically in the view.
In the first embodiment illustrated in FIGS the movement of the scraper or cutter during its work is a straight line. In order to achieve a continuous movement of the scraper in the same sense, are several scrapers or cutters a, for example, at a corresponding distance from one another arranged on an endless chain b, which is guided over fixed guide rollers c, d, one of which receives drive. The conveyor chain e, the links of which are the cups f carry g with solid ground, read over a guide drum h. The ratio of Movement speed of the scraper or cutter a to that of the cups f is dimensioned in such a way that, at a constant speed, the scraper a touches the cup leads, and the curvature of the Cup bottom g is such a that the scraper entering the cup during its movement with the cup the emptying with its scraper edge constantly in contact with the bottom of the cup or remains almost in contact.
The construction of the beaker bottom is shown in Fig..I. Man obtain the bottom curve by dividing the scraper travel into a number under it equal parts and moves the scraper one part at a time. Through the The end points of the scraper in its various positions become uni circular arcs den: struck center of the conveyor chain drum. The total arc length of the simultaneous Cup movement is divided into as many parts as the total path of the scraper for the emptying work, and it will now be one or more times this arc division backwards on the arcs from the end points of the scraper positions concerned worn away. The points thus obtained on the arcs are the curve points that in each case with the relevant position of scraper and cup both with its Coincide with the bottom as well as with the end point of the scraper. As already mentioned, the scraper and cup move at different speeds in such a way that that the scraper leads the cup, so that it emerges from the cup again the floor of which was completely painted over. As in this joint movement if the soil is appropriately Kriiiriiriting, scraper end and soil always in contact or stay almost in contact with one another, this results in (read in the cup Well at the emptying point finitely with the help of the scraper or cutter completely Scraped or cut out, so the cup is completely emptied. To Emptying one cup occurs the next to the emptying point, and at the same time then the next scraper a enters this next cup, uni it with the to wander through common movement in the same way as the previous Scliaher the previous Be_her.
In the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 8 the scraper or cutter a performs a circular motion like the cups the end. Here, too, its speed is again greater than that of the cup and the Curvature of the bottom of the cup such a, (leave the constant contact with the bottom of the cup is secured by the scraper during the joint movement. The construction the curvature g of the cup base is essentially the same as that of the straight one Scraper paths, only that the end points of the circular scraper are no longer on one straight, but lie on an arc around the axis of rotation of the scraper. the end Fig. 8 shows the construction without further ado.
In the embodiment according to Figs. 5 to 8, two are stretched Angle with each other forming scrapers a provided, each one after the other in successive Enter mug. They are driven in such a way that they have a uniform, but have a greater angular velocity than the cups.
In the drawing, Figs. I and 5 show the entry of the scraper in the relevant cup, Figs. 2 and 6 the middle layer and Figs. 3 and 7 the re-exit position of the scraper with a simultaneous change of position of the parts to each other.
The second embodiment is preferable because the structure is simpler is and also deep cups can be obtained that accommodate a large amount of material capital. The cup depth depends on the length of the scraper and the size of the lead of the scraper opposite the cup, as can be readily seen from Fig. d. results. Bigger ones Scraper length results in a shallower cup, smaller a deeper one; the same applies when changing the size of the lead.
As the movement of the scraper or cutter and cup to each other only needs to be small and has a very slow speed, so are Extremely low effort and wear.
