Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von als Schmiermittel und zu ähnlichen Zwecken verwendbaren Produkten. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von hochwertigen Schmiermitteln u. dgl. unter Verwendung von Sulgtzelluloseablaugen und Metallhydroxyden. Es ist an sich nicht neu, Sulfitablaugen mit Metallhydroxyden bzw. mit Metallsalzen, evtl. unter Zusatz von Ölen u. dgl., zu vermischen. Indessen verfolgten diese Verfahren einerseits ganz andere Zwecke und andererseits wurden sie auch in wesentlich anderer Weise ausgeführt. Es handelt sich nämlich im vorliegenden Falle nicht einfach um die, Vermischung von Metallhydroxyden an sich mit der Sulfitablauge, sondern darum, daß die ersteren in kolloidaler Form mit der Ablauge verarbeitet oder in dieser aus Metallsalzlösungen durch Zusatz alkalischer Fällungsmittel erzeugt werden, wobei Mischungen aus kolloidalen Metallhydroxyden mit Verbindungen der organischen Bestandteile der Sulfitablauge mit kolloidalen Metallhydroxyden entstehen, die durch Filtration von der überschüssigen Flüssigkeit befreit werden. Selbstverständlich kann man den so erhaltenen Produkten auch Öle, Graphit u. dgl. zusetzen.Process for the production of as a lubricant and for similar purposes usable products. Evtl. werden noch q. kg Graphit mitverarbeitet. Beispiel II. Zoo kg aus stark verdünnten Lösungen bei niederen Temperaturen gefälltes, hochkolloidales Kieselsäurehydroxyd wird vorsichtig trocken gepreßt und mit Zoo kg Sulfitlauge von 35' B6 verknetet. Die gewünschte Konsistenz wird dadurch eingestellt, daß man entweder überschüssige Flüssigkeit abnutscht oder' abpreßt oder Wasser oder Pottaschelösung usw. zurührt. Evtl. werden noch q: kg Graphit mitverarbeitet. Beispiel III. Einer Lösung von Zoo kg Tonerde-, Eisen-oder Magnesiumsulfat in 5 cbm Wasser werden Zoo kg Sulfitlauge von 35° B6 zugesetzt. Dann wird ein alkalisches Fällungsmittel, wie Gaswasser, Natronlauge usw. langsam eingerührt bis zur schwach alkalischen Reaktion. Das Reaktionsprodukt wird abgenutscht oder vorsichtig bis zur gewünschten Konsistenz gepreßt.
