Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von zur Behandlung von Wunden oder Körperhöhlen bestimmten, beim Feuchtwerden Kohlensäure entwickelnden Desinfektions- oder Heilmitteln. In der Patentschrift 259493 ist die Herstellung von Desinfektionsmitteln u. dgl. beschrieben, wonach man bei gasentwickelnden Arzneimitteln einen stehenbleibenden zähen Schaum durch Zusatz von Kolloiden, wie Stärke, Gelatine, Eiweiß usw. erreicht. Nach dem Zusatzpatent 369o80 wird ein hydrolytisch spaltbares Aluminiumsalz, wie schwefelsaures, essigsaures oder ameisensaures Aluminium gemeinsam mit Alkalikarbonaten zur Gasentwickelung benutzt, wodurch man den Vorteil erreicht, daß das abgeschiedene kolloidale Aluminiumhydroxyd zur Bildung des stehenbleibenden oder lang anhaltenden Schaumes neben den organischen Kolloiden beiträgt.Process for the manufacture of for the treatment of wounds or body cavities certain disinfectants or remedies that develop carbon dioxide when they get wet.
