Description

Verfahren zum Ausgießen von aus Flußeisenguß bestehenden Lagerschalen. Das vorliegende Verfahren dient zum Ausgießen von Lagerschalen aus Flußeisen mit Lagermetall in der Weise, daß die zur Aufnahme des Lagermetalles bestimmten, geeignet gesäuberten und vorteilhaft etwas angerauhten Flächen der Eisenschale mit oder ohne vorherige Behandlung mit einem Beizmittel mit einem Metallüberzug auf elektrochemischem Wege oder mittels Metallspritzpistole nach dem sogenannten Schoopschen Verfahren versehen und alsdann in der üblichen Weise mit Lagermetall ausgegossen werden. Es ist auch noch zweckmäßig, sowohl beim Aufspritzen des Metallüberzuges mittels Spritzpistole als auch beim Eingießen des Lagermetalles die Lagerschalen zu erwärmen, um eine besonders gute Haftung an den Lagerschalen zu erzielen. Auch mittels der auf diese Weise aufgebrachten Metall-Grundschichten werden alle wesentlichen Vorteile des Verfahrens gemäß dem Hauptpatent, zum Teil sogar noch in verbessertem Grade, erzielt.Method for pouring out bearing shells made of cast iron. PATENTANSPRUCH: -Verfahren zum Ausgießen von aus Flußeisenguß bestehenden Lagerschalen mit Lagermetall, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zur Aufnahme des Lägermetalles bestimmten, geeignet gesäuberten und vorteilhaft auch etwas angerauhten Flächen mit oder ohne vorherige Behandlung mittels eines Beizmittels mittels Metallspritzpistole' oder auf elektrochemischem Wege mit einem Metallüberzug versehen und alsdann in der üblichen Weise mit oder ohne Erhitzung der Lagerkörper mit Lagermetall ausgegossen werden.
