Abstract
The invention discloses a wear-resistant bearing cap which comprises a bearing cap body, wherein the bearing cap body comprises a main body, an outer ring plate, a mounting plate and an inner ring frame, and a wear-resistant plate made of high manganese steel ZGMn13 is embedded in the inner side of the inner ring frame. The wear-resistant bearing cover and the processing method thereof improve the wear-resistant effect of the bearing cover, prolong the service life of the bearing cover and improve the processing method, so that the processing method can effectively assemble the main body, the outer ring plate, the mounting plate, the inner ring frame and the wear-resistant plate, and the wear resistance of the bearing cover assembled according to the method can be improved.

3) the wear-resistant sheet and the bearing cover body are installed together by using a die casting machine to produce a product, and after the production is finished, the bearing cover is automatically clamped by a manipulator to be transported;
4) the detector automatically judges qualified products, and unqualified products are directly placed into the NG product chute by the manipulator; the qualified products sequentially pass through a slag ladle removing device, a cooling water tank and a saw blade cutting machine, and finally the qualified products are placed on a conveying belt;
5) and (4) checking whether the product has exposed main bearing caps, buckling damage of feeding and each precast hole, cold shut, interlayer and poor forming at a water tail sliding block and burn and aluminum adhesion at each corner, and stacking the product on a wood board after checking.
Further, the gas cutting method in the step 2) is an oxyacetylene gas cutting method.

the surface of the cleaned product is cleaner, and the subsequent installation is convenient.
3) Installing the wear-resistant sheet 5 and the bearing cover body together by using a die casting machine to produce a product, and automatically clamping the bearing cover by using a manipulator for transferring after the production is finished;
4) the detector automatically judges qualified products, and unqualified products are directly placed into the NG product chute by the manipulator; the qualified products sequentially pass through a slag ladle removing device, a cooling water tank and a saw blade cutting machine, and finally the qualified products are placed on a conveying belt;
