i enthaltenden Arm gekuppelt.
Will man das Reibrad
i in die alte Stellung zurückzuführen.
Pressure device for Beibrad gear. The invention offers an innovation in a pressing device for friction gear transmissions, in which the friction wheel shaft rests in a bearing block that swings around a pin and is operated by a hand lever. is moved. What is new is that for the purpose of resiliently pressing the friction wheel against the friction disc, the hand lever acts on helical springs arranged on both sides of the pull rod and the friction wheel for the purpose of safely disengaging and pressing against a brake bar by means of a foot step and a seated on it, firmly with the Drawbar connected rod is moved. This compilation simplifies the movement of the friction wheel while switching the friction wheel for the individual gears and for the braking process. At the same time, the pressure on the drive pulley and the friction wheel is only exerted resiliently, which protects the friction wheel material. The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Fig. I shows the side view of the new device, Fig. 2 shows a detail and Fig. 3 shows the top view of the device. The friction wheel shaft cc rests in the bearing block b. This can swing around a pin z and carries the arm c "which is connected to the pull rod d. The latter goes through an eye of the hand lever @e and is held therein by springs f and g arranged in the longitudinal direction. The pull rod d is also coupled to the arm containing the treadle i by a pull rod h . The lever e can be moved forwards and backwards. If you push it backwards, the spring f is tensioned and pushes through the pull rod d and the arm c the bearing b and thus the shaft a with the friction wheel r against the drive pulley s. If you want to move the friction wheel r, you move the bearing b away from the drive pulley by pressing the foot pedal i , in order to remove it again by relieving the foot pedal If you press the foot pedal i further forward, you can press the friction wheel, similar to the hand lever e, against a braking device that is opposite the drive disk s light using relatively weak compression springs, depending on the choice of the length of the arm c, an instant disengagement of the friction wheel by pressing on the kick i. The spring g prevents the friction wheel from being pressed hard against: the braking device when the hand lever e is moved forward.
