Description
- Beiz- und IViattiermittel. Das Beiz- und Mattiermittel zum Beizen und Mattieren vonHölzern aller Art geht von der Lösung von Schellack in Borax aus, die als solche ibe'kannt ist.
- Während man bisher diese Beize in Verbindung mit Errd- und Anilinfarben brachte, werden nach vorliegender Erfindung Metallsalze verwendet. Diese Metallsalze erziehen eine reine Struktur und Räuchertöne, wie sie bisher nur durch die sogenannten Räucherungen erzielt werden konnten.
- ,Bekanntlich können die bisher bekannten Verfahren unter Verwendung von jSehellack in Boraxlösung und unter Verwendung von Erd-Anilinfarben die von den Praktikern gewünschte Räuchertönung nicht erzielen.
- Auf Grund vorliegender Erfindung wird die Schellack Boraxlösurng mit Metallsalzen. versetzt, und zwar vorteilhaft mit chromsaurem Kali :oder chromsaurem Natrium, von denen q0 g auf einen Liter Schellacklösung verwendet werden und der vorteilhaft noch ro g Kupferchlorid zugesetzt wird. Die Verwendung von Chromsalzen als Beizmittel für Holzfärbung ist an sich bekannt.
- Ein solches Beiz- und Mattiermittel wird vorteilhaft mittels Pinsels aufgetragen und nachgebürstet oder nachgerieben. Es hat den weiteren wirtschaftlichen Vorteil, daB zum Beizen und .Mattieren nur ein Arbeitsgang nötig ist. ;Es gibt die Struktur des Holzes rein wieder und erzeugt auf demselben einen schönen Hochglanz:

- PATENTANSPRUCH Beiz- und Mattiermittel zum Beizen und Mattieren von Hölzern aller Art unter Verwendung einer Auflösung von Schellack und Borax in heilem Wasser, dadurch, gekennzeichnet, daB der Boraxlösung die Beizlösung :in Form von aufgelösten Metallsalzen, z. B. chromsaures Kali oder chromsaures Natrium, zugeführt wird.
