Tragbarer zylindrischer Nietwärmofen mit drehbarem Feuertopf und mit
Schlitzen versehener Niettragplatte über dem Feuer. Gegenstand der vorliegenden
Erfindung ist ein tragbarer zylindrischer Nietwärmofen. Er zeichnet sich gegenüber
den. bisher üblichen Öfen dadurch aus, daß .die N iettragplatte über der Feuerung
mit samt dem Feuertopf unter einer Haube mit Rauchabzugöffnung wagerecht drehbar
angeordnet ist, wodurch. die Gewähr .geboten wird, daß die Niete voll und ganz den
Heizgasen ausgesetzt und gleichmäßig erwärmt werden, da die heißen Gase das Bestreben
haben, auf dem kürzesten Wege nach oben zu steigen. Zwecks möglichster Ersparung
von Brennstoff ist eine Regelung der Feuerung durch eine mit einem bequem bedienbaren
Handgestänge in Verbindung stehende Drosselplatte vorgesehen, die in dem Rauchfang
senkrecht verstellbar angeordnet ist. Die einfache und feste Bauart des Ofens bietet
den Vorzug, daß der Ofen leicht tragbar und deshalb in der Werkstatt oder im Freien
in Kesselfabriken, bei Brückenbauten oder bei sonstigen Aufstellungsarbeiten vorteilhaft
verwendbar ist. Die Niete werden senkrecht zwischen Schlitzen in der Tragplatte
gehalten und können infolge der Drehbarkeit der Tragplatte schnell und leicht an
jeder Stelle der letzteren eingehängt, herausgenommen und nach der Verbrauchsstelle
getragen werden. Der neue Ofen ist von einem schmiedeeisernen Mantel umgeben, der,
auf drei nach Belieben auch mit kleinen Rädern versehenen Füßen ruhend, zur Isolierung
der Wärme beiträgt. Alle inneren Teile, welche mit dem Feuer in Berührung kommen,
sind mit feuerfesten Steinen ausgekleidet. Es wird natürlicher Zug verwandt, ein

Der neue Ofen besteht aus dem eisernen Mantel a, der auf den Füßen
a1, a2 und a3 ruht. In dem inneren Teil des Mantels a befindet sich der eigentliche
Ofen, der mit einem schmiedeeisernen Mantel c umgeben und mit einem Feuertopf d
ausgerüstet ist. Den Boden des Topfes bildet der Feuertopf. Der Topf ist mit einem
kegeligen Zahnkranz g umgeben, der mit einem Flansch gl ausgebildet und mit diesem
an den Mantel c befestigt ist. Der Zahnkranz ruht auf Kugeln la. Der Zahnkranz g
steht mit einem kleinen Kegelrade h in Verbindung, das im Mantel a mittels Achsel
und Lagers m gelagert ist.. Durch die Kurbel yi, die auf der Achse l befestigt ist,
kann nun der Topf in drehende Bewegung gebracht werden. Der Feuertopf d ist mit
einer besonders geformten Platte der N iettragplatte o abgedeckt. Die Platte ist
mit etwa acht Schlitzen p versehen, die zur Aufnahme der Niete q dienen. Das Feuer
wird auf dem Roste angesteckt. Die Feuergase verlassen den durch die Pfeile angedeuteten
Weg nach oben und gelangen durch die Schamottehaube y über die Platte o und durch
die Öffnung s aus der Haube in den Rauchfangt. In dem Schornstein u ist zur Re-5elung
des Zuges die Drosselplatte t1 angebracht, die mit einer Stange t2 in den Stangen
v und v1 geführt wird. Durch das Gestänge w, w1 wird die Regelung des Zuges bewirkt.
Für die Feuerung ist die Tür dl angebracht. Die Bedienung des Ofens erfolgt durch
die Schieber o'-. Gegen den Regen ist der Ofen mit einem entsprechend großen Dach
