Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Abstützung des die senkrechten Schwingungen der Achse mitmachenden, um eine Längsachse gegenüber dem abgefederten Gestell drehbaren vorderen Endes des Hinterachsgehäuses von Kraftfahrzeugen, und besteht darin, daß der die Drehung um eine Längsachse zulassende Lagerring in einer senkrechten Führung angeordnet ist, die die Schubkräfte aufzunehmen imstande ist.Support of the front end of the rear axle housing on the sprung Frame of motor vehicles. Für gewöhnlich ist auf diese Weise das hintere Ende der Antriebswelle a derart gut unterstützt, daß es keine schädlichen Biegungen auszuhalten hat, im übrigen aber befähigt ist, den Bewegungen der Treibachse zu folgen.
