Description

Dadurch wird gegenüber aus umgelegten Bördein gebildeten Hohlflanscben ein massiver Flansch oder Bundring erzeugt, der selbst bei stärkster Beanspruchung eine Formänderung oder Zurückbiegung nicht erfahren kann. Dabei wird das Material auch bei der Herstellung weniger als bei bekannten Bördeln beansprucht. In derselben Hitze wird der Bördel mittels Matrize und Domes zu einem Doppelbördel zusammengepreßt, und zwar in einer Stellung von 45° gegen die Rohrachse (Abb. 4). Das Material wind alsdann nochmals erwärmt und der Doppelbördel mittels Matrize und Domes auf 900 gegen die Rohrachse umgelegt und gleichzeitig fest zusammengepreßt bzw. gestaucht (Abb. 4). Diese Stauchung ergibt sich daraus, daß der Bördel, wie die Punktierung in Abb. 5 zeigt, vor dem Zusammenpressen viel länger ist als der fertiggestauchte Bördel.
