Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung gepreßter und danach stark erhitzter Formlinge, wie Isolatoren, Abortbecken, Bausteine u. dgl., aus hydraulischen Bindemitteln oder Oxychloridzement und bituminösen oder Harzstoffen sowie Füllstoffen. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung geprellter und danach stark erhitzter Formlinge, wie Isolatoren, Abortbecken, Bausteine u. dgl., aus hydraulischen Bindemitteln oder Oxychloridzement und hituminösen oder Harzstoffen sowie Füllstoffen.
- Es ist bekannt, Seife zur Herstellung von Fettonmassen zu benutzen und diese mit Faserstoffen, Füllstoffen und Farben weiterzuverarbeiten: Die Seife hat lediglich den Zweck, den Tön plastischer zu machen.
- Bei der vorliegenden Erfindung erfüllt die dem Grundstoff zugesetzte Seifenlösung den Zweck, ein Ankleben der aus dieser Mischung hergestellten Formlinge an. der Form zu verhindern. -Zu diesem Zweck wird Zement mit einem harten bituminösen Stoff, z. B. Asphalt, Pech, oder mit einem anderen Stoff, wie z: B. Schellack, Kopal, Kolophonium o. d'gl., gemischt oder nach Fertigstellung des Zementgebildes mit Lösungen dieser Stoffe behandelt. Dieser Mischung können Asbest oder andere mineralische oder vegetabilische Faserstoffe oder Füllstoffe, wie z. B. Kieselgur, Quarzmehl o. dgl., zugegeben werden, etwa auch Farbstoffe. Diesem trockenen Gemisch wird Wasser und eine Seifenlösung zugesetzt, und die Masse wird alsdann durch Guß oder in Formen etwa unter Druck zu geformten Gebilden verarbeitet. Diese werden dann nach gehöriger Bindung und Trocknung bis zur Flüssigwerdung oder höher des bituminösen oder Harzstoffes erhitzt. Hierbei werden die abgebundenen und zu einem ganzen Gefüge vereinigten Zementteilchen mit dem bituminösen oder Harzstoffe durchtränkt und überzogen, undi der etwa überschüssige bituminöse Stoff wird nach der Außenfläche abgetrieben.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung gepreßter und danach stark erhitzter Formlinge, wie Isolatoren, Abortbecken, Bausteine u. dgl., aus hydraulischen Bindemitteln oder Oxychloridzement und bituminösen oder Harzstoffen sowie Füllstoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mischung Seifenlösung zugesetzt wird.
