1. Orientierte, selbsttragende hochfeste Folie, die auf einer oder beiden Seiten durchgehend mit einem haftvermittelnden Beschichtungsgemisch beschichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsgemisch aus dem Trockenrückstand einer hydrolysierten Aminosilanverbindung besteht, die im nicht-hydrolysierten Zustand die folgende Formel hat:

X ein Rest ist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus H2NR1HNR1 - und H2NR1HNR1HNR1 -, wobei
R jeweils gleiche oder verschiedene Gruppen bezeichnet, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus C1-Cg-AIkYl und -Phenyl,

R2 eine hydrolysierbare Gruppe, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus C1-C8-AIkOXy, einer Ace-
toxygruppe und einem Halogenid, R eine nicht-reaktionsfähige, nicht-hydrolysierbare Gruppe, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus C1-C3-AIkYl und Phenyl, a eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 3 und
b eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 2 bedeuten, wobei die Summe aus a und b 3 ist, und daß das haftvermittelnde Beschichtungsgemisch in einem solchen Gewicht aufgebracht ist, daß es eine verbesserte Haftung von anderen Polymeren an der Folie bewirkt.

2. Folie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da/3 die Aminosilanverbindung ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus:
N-(2-Aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl)methyl-dimethoxysilan, N-(2-Aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilan, N-(2-Aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl)tris-( 2-ethylhexoxy)silan, 6-(Aminohexylaminopropyl)-trimethoxysilan, (Aminoethylaminomethyl phenethyl)-trimethoxysilan und N-(2-Aminoethyl-2-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl)~ trimethoxysilan.
3. Folie nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aminosilanverbindung im nicht-hydrolysierten
Zustand die folgende Formel hat:

worin R1 jeweils gleiche oder verschiedene Alkylreste mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen bezeichnet, R2 eine C1-C3-AIkoxygruppe, a = 3 und b = 0 ist.
4. Folie nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da/3 die Aminosilanverbindung N-2-(Aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl)-
trimethoxysilan ist.
5. Folie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da/3 die Folie eine Polyester folie, Vorzugs-

weise eine biaxial orientierte Polyethylenterephthalatfolie ist.

Folie nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da/3 zur Herstellung der Folie eine Polyesterschmelze zu einer im wesentlichen amorphen Folie extrudiert wird, die Folie anschließend durch aufeinanderfolgendes Strecken in zwei Richtungen orientiert und dann thermofixiert wird, wobei das haftvermittelnde Beschichtungsgemisch vor dem Strecken der Folie in einer Richtung oder nach dem Strecken in einer Richtung, jedoch vor dem Strecken in der zur ersten Streckrichtung senkrecht verlaufenden Richtung oder nach dem Strecken in beiden Richtungen als wäßrige Lösung auf die Folie aufgebracht wird.
7. Folie nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie vor dem Aufbringen des haftvermittelnden Beschichtungsgemischs einer Coronaentladungsbehandlung unterzogen wird.
8. Folie nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das haftvermittelnde Beschichtungsgemisch nach dem Strecken in einer Richtung, jedoch vor dem Strecken in der zur ersten Streckrichtung senkrecht verlaufenden Richtung aufgebracht wird.
9. Folie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das haftvermittelnde Beschichtungsgemisch in einem Flächengewicht im Bereich von etwa

0,5 mg/m2 bis etwa 100 mg/m2, bezogen auf ihr Trockengewicht, auf die Folie aufgebracht ist.
10. Polyesterfolie nach Anspruch 5, bei der eine Folie aus einem anderen Polymeren mit der haftvermittelnd beschichteten Oberfläche der Polyesterfolie haftend verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da/3 dieses Polymere Poly(vinylbutyral) oder Polyethylen oder Polyurethan ist.
11. Schichtstoffmaterial bestehend aus einer Glasplatte, einer an der Glasplatte haftenden Polyvinylbutyral)-Folie und der mit ihrer haftvermittelnd beschichteten Oberfläche an der Poly(vinylbutyral)-Folie haftenden Polyesterfolie nach Anspruch 5.
12. Schichtstoffmaterial nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da/3 dieses Material eine zweite, an der haftvermittelnd beschichteten Folie haftende Folie aus Polyvinylbutyral enthält, sowie eine zweite, an dem PoIyvinylbutyral haftende Glasplatte.
13. Schichtstoffmaterial nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die haftvermittelnd beschichtete Folie auf einer Seite eine dünne Metall- oder Metalloxidbe-Schichtung trägt.
14. Material nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der haftvermittelnd beschichteten Oberfläche der Polyesterfolie gegenüberliegende Oberfläche mit einer abriebfesten Beschichtung versehen ist.
