Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine selbstfahrende Vorrichtung mit einem Fahrgestell und mit einem an wenigstens einem verstellbaren Ausleger befestigten, rechteckigen Sauggreifer mit mehreren voneinander unabhängig axial- und winkelbeweglichen Saugstempeln und mit an allen Seiten gegen das Hebegut schwenkbaren Richtbacken, zum Anheben und Versetzen von Hebegut, insbesondere zum Verlegen von handelsüblichen Beton-, Klinker- und Naturpflastersteinen, wobei jeder einzelne Saugstempel als Mantel einen Faltenbalg aufweist und wobei zum Unterbrechen des Saugstromes beim Absetzen des Hebegutes für alle Saugstempel ein gemeinsames Unterbrechungsventil vorgesehen ist, nach Patent 33 24 441.The invention relates to a self-propelled device with a chassis and with a rectangular suction gripper attached to at least one adjustable boom with several suction stamps that can be moved axially and angularly independently of one another and with straightening jaws that can be pivoted against the lifting material on all sides, for lifting and moving lifting material, in particular for laying commercially available concrete, clinker and natural paving stones, wherein each individual suction stamp has a bellows as a casing and wherein a common interruption valve is provided for all suction stamps to interrupt the suction flow when the lifting material is set down, according to patent 33 24 441.

Mit dem eingangs genannten Sauggreifer ist es möglich, Teile mit hohen spezifischen Gewichten, beispielsweise Betonsteine, Klinker und dergleichen zu heben und zu versetzen. Dabei ist es möglich, eine Anzahl von Teilen, die bereits in einem Verlegemuster angeordnet sind, zu erfassen und ohne Verschiebung gegeneinander unter Beibehaltung des Musters zu verlegen. Das erfordert eine genügend hohe Tragkraft, die jedoch nur dann sichergestellt ist, wenn das Vakuum unter den einzelnen Saugstempeln genügend hoch ist. Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt, daß das Material von Betonteilen nicht immer die genügende Dichte aufweist, so daß das Steingefüge porös ist und Luft in erheblichem Maße durchläßt. Besonders schlecht abbindendes Betonmaterial führt zu porösem Steingefüge, das dann die Ausbildung eines genügenden Vakuums verhindert. Betonhersteller sind jedoch nicht immer in der Lage, derartige Mängel zu beheben, da das Abbinden der Betonteile von der Feuchtigkeit der Umgebungsluft in erheblichem Maße beeinflußt wird.The suction gripper mentioned above makes it possible to lift and move parts with high specific weights, such as concrete blocks, clinker bricks and the like. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Saugöffnungen benachbarter Saugstempel in einen auf die Oberfläche des zu hebenden Gutes aufsetzbaren Saugraum mit gemeinsam wirkender Saugfläche münden. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß der Raum zwischen den einzelnen Saugstempeln erfaßt und in die jeweils wirksamen Saugräume der Saugstempel mit einbezogen werden kann und daß dadurch die Saugkraft ohne Erhöhung der Saugleistung der Vakuumpumpen vergrößert wird. Die Verbindung wenigstens zweier benachbarter Saugstempel durch einen Saugschuh mit gemeinsamen Saugraum reicht aus, um beispielsweise die bisher von zwei Saugstempeln erfaßten, jedoch nicht anhebbaren Betonteile poröser Struktur heben zu können.The solution according to the invention is characterized in that the suction openings of adjacent suction stamps open into a suction chamber that can be placed on the surface of the material to be lifted and has a jointly acting suction surface. Besonders günstig hat sich die Anordnung von Verbindungsöffnungen zwischen dem Saugraum und den Saugstempeln durch Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen erwiesen, deren Durchmesser wesentlich kleiner als die Durchmesser der Anschlußstutzen für die Saugstempel gehalten ist. Der Saugschuh 1 des Saugggreifers besteht aus einer Platte 2, deren Unterseite eine flächige Vertiefung 3 zur Bildung eines Saugraumes aufweist. Die Vertiefung 3 wird durch den durchgehenden Absatz 4 der Platte 2 gebildet. Über Durchtrittsöffnungen 5 ist die Vertiefung mit den Saugstempeln 6 verbunden. Zur Befestigung der Saugstempel am Saugschuh dienen Anschlußstutzen 7, die mit Umlaufnuten 8 versehen sind, um die formschlüssige Verbindung mit dem faltenbalgförmigen Saugstempel 6 zu ermöglichen. An der Unterseite des Saugschuhes ist ferner eine Nut 9 zur Aufnahme einer Dichtlippe 10 aus elastomerem weichen Material vorgesehen. Selbstfahrende Vorrichtung mit einem Fahrgestell und mit einem an wenigstens einem verstellbaren Ausleger befestigten, rechteckigen Sauggreifer mit mehreren voneinander unabhängig axial- und winkelbeweglichen Saugstempeln und mit an allen Seiten gegen das Hebegut schwenkbaren Richtbacken, zum Anheben und Versetzen von Hebegut, insbesondere zum Verlegen von handelsüblichen Beton-, Klinker- und Naturpflastersteinen, wobei jeder einzelne Saugstempel als Mantel einen Faltenbalg aufweist und wobei zum Unterbrechen des Saugstromes beim Absetzen des Hebegutes für alle Saugstempel ein gemeinsames Unterbrechungsventil vorgesehen ist, nach Patent 33 24 441, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugöffnungen benachbarter Saugstempel (6) in einen auf die Oberfläche des zu hebenden Gutes aufsetzbaren Saugraum mit gemeinsam wirkender Saugfläche münden. 1.
