Description
- 'Silicium- und stickstoffhaltige Borsäureester, ein Ver-
- fahren zu deren Herstellung und deren Verwendung in hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue silicium- und stickstoffhaltige Borsäureester und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung durch Umsetzung von stickstoffhaltigen Borsäureestern mit Chlorsilanen, und deren Verwendung in hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten.
- Hydraulische Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere BremsSlüssigkeiten, müssen bestimmte Normen, sog. Spezifikationen, erfüllen (z.B. DOT 4 des US Department of Transportation/Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard - FMVSS Nr. 116 bzw. SAE J 1703 Society of Automotive Engineers; diese Spezifikationen werden auch im europäischen Bereich verwendet).
- Besonders wichtig sind dabei der Kochpunkt (Kp), der Naß kochpunkt (NKp) und die Viskosität, die für DOT 4 wie folgt festgelegt sind: Kp 2300C; NKp 1550C; Viskosität bei -40°C 1800 mm2/sec. Die entsprechenden Anforderungen für DOT 5 lauten: Kp 26000, NKp 18000; Viskosität bei 4000 900 mm /sec.
- Die auf dem Markt befindlichen DOT 4-Bremsflüssigkeiten gehen in ihren Eigenschaften über die Spezifikation hinaus: Kp ca. 25000, teilweise 2600C; NKp 160 bis 165°C; Viskosität (-OOC): max. 1500 mm2/sec.
- Weitere Voraussetzungen von Bremsflüssigkeiten sind ferner gute Schmierwirkung und hohe Oxidations- und Säurestabilität, d.h. gute Korrosionsinhibierung. Handelsübliche Bremsflüssigkeiten bestehen daher in der Regel aus mehreren Komponenten, wie Glykolethern als Grundbestandteil, Polyglykolen als Schmiermittel, Inhibitoren, z.B. Amine für den Korrosionsschutz sowie Antioxidationsmittteln.
- Der Spezifikation DOT 4 genügende Bremsflüssigkeiten enthalten meist zusätzlich Borsäureester um den geforderten hohen Naßkochpunkt zu gewährleisten. Solche Borsäureester sind in den DEOSen 17 68 933 und 29 01 835 beschrieben.
- Man nimmt an, daß die (an sich hygroskopischen) Bremsflüssigkeiten gegen Wasseraufnahme weniger empfindlich sind, wenn sie Mittel enthalten, die das Wasser chemisch binden, z.B. durch Verseifung der Borsäureester, wobei Polyglycol ether freigesetzt werden.
- Die handelsüblichen Bremsflüssigkeiten, die insbesondere Methyltriglykol-orthoborat enthalten, sind noch verbesserungsfähig; z.B. erfüllen sie die erforderlichen Spezifikationen und geforderten Eigenschaften wie Naßkochpunkt, Viskosität und Verdampfungsverlust nur bei einem verhältnismäßig hohen Borgehalt und/oder durch Zugabe von beträchtlichen Mengen von Korrosionsinhibitoren, z.B. bis zu 5 Gew.% Aminen und/oder durch Zugabe von Dialkylethern.
- Legt man die üblicherweise verwendeten Borsäureester zugrunde, deren Anteil an der fertigen Bremsflüssigkeit bei 15 bis über 50 Gew.% liegt, so entspricht dies einem Borgehalt von 0,7 bis über 1 Gew.%.
- Es ist nun die Synthese von solchen Borsäureestern vorgeschlagen worden, die gleichzeitig derivatisierte Aminogruppen enthalten (JA-OS 133 491/80, DE-OS 28 04 535).
- Dabei zeigt sich aber bei deren Einsatz in Bremsflüssigkeiten, daß mit den verwendeten Aminen nicht alle Kennzahlen der Spezifikation gleichzeitig erfüllt werden.
- In der DEOS 29 48 849 werden Bremsflüssigkeiten auf Aminosilanbasis, denen gegebenenfalls noch stickstofffreie Borsäureester zugesetzt werden können, beschrieben. Allerdings müssen hier hohe Anteile (bis zu 70 Gew.%) an Amino- r silan in die Bremsflüssigkeit eingebracht werden, um die Qualität handelsüblicher DOT 4-Produkte zu erreichen.
- Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es, neue silicium-und stickstoffhaltige Borsäureester herzustellen, die für hydraulische Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere den Spezifikationen DOT 4 und DOT 5 genügenden Bremsflüssigkeiten, geeignet sind. Gleichzeitig sollte aber der Bor- bzw. Siliciumgehalt in den gewünschten hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten möglichst gering sein.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß diese Anforderungen besonders vorteilhaft erfüllt werden durch silicium- und stickstoffhaltige Borsäureester der allgemeinen Formel (I) in der L eine Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Alkenyl-, Aralkyl-, Aryl-oder Alkoxygruppe mit jeweils bis zu 15 Kohlenstoffatomen oder den Rest R3-(oA3)b- in dem R3 für ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, A3 für eine 1,2-Alkylengruppe mit 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und b für eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 stehen, a eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 3, R1 und R2 unabhängig voneinander und unabhängig von R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, m und n unabhängig voneinander eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 8, A1 unabhängig von A3 eine 1,2-Alkylengruppe mit 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, die für m > 1 gleich oder verschieden ist, r A2 unabhängig von A1 und A3 eine 1,2-Alkylengruppe mit 2 bis' 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, die für n>1 gleich oder verschieden ist, O-G den mit dem Siliciumatom verknüpften Rest des Umsetzungsproduktes eines Alkylenoxids mit Ammoniak oder einem gesättigten heterocyclischen oder aliphatischen Di- bzw. Triamin, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus oxalkyliertem Ethylendiamin, 1,2- oder 1,3-Propandiamin, einem α,#-Diamin eines (Poly)glykolethers, Piperazin, Imidazolidin, Hexahydropyrimidin, 1,3- oder 1,4-Hexahydrodiazepin, den N-(2-Amino-ethyl bzw. -propyl oder -butyl)- und N-(3-Aminopropyl)-derivaten von Morpholin, Pyrrolidin oder Piperidin bzw.
- Diethylentriamin, 1,2- oder 1,3-Dipropylentriamin, den Mono[N-(2-amino-ethyl bzw. -propyl oder -butyl)] und Mono[N-(3-aminopropyl) ]-derivaten von Piperazin, Imidazolidin, Hexahydropyrimidin, 1,3- oder 1,4-Hexahydrodiazepin, x, y und z den Wert 1 oder 2, x oder y außerdem den Wert 0 und x + y + z = 3 bedeuten, bzw. deren Gemische.
- Diese Produkte werden z.B. erhalten durch Umsetzung von stickstoffhaltigen, mindestens eine freie Hydroxyl- und/ oder Iminogruppe aufweisenden Borsäureestern der allgemeinen Formel (11) in der R1, R2, Al, A2, m, n, x, y, z und G die vorgenannte Bedeutung besitzen, mit Chlorsilanen der allgemeinen Formel (III) (G1) Si(L) 4-a (III), Nin der L und a die vorgenannte Bedeutung besitzen, in Gegenwart von Basen.
- Die Reaktion wird zweckmäßig in einem inerten Lösungsmittel durchgeführt, z.B. Aceton, Diethylketon, Diethylether, Toluol, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff. Bevorzugtes Lösungsmittel ist Aceton.
- Um den bei der Umsetzung freiwerdenden Chlorwasserstoff zu neutralisieren, arbeitet man in Gegenwart von Basen, die aber gegenüber den reaktiven Chlorsilanen chemisch indifferent sein müssen, beispielsweise "tertiäre" Stickstoffbasen, wie Triethylamin, Tributylamin, N-Methylpyrrolidin, Pyridin.
- üblicherweise führt man die Silylierung bei Raumtemperatur durch, wobei man das jeweilige Chlorsilan mit dem stickstoffhaltigen Borester zweckmäßig im Verhältnis 1:1 bis 1:3 umsetzt.
- Als Silylierungsmittel kommen Mono-, Di- bzw. Trichlorsilane der o.g. allgemeinen Formel (III) in Betracht. Als Beispiel seien folgende Vertreter genannt: Trimethylchlorsilan, Triethylchlorsilan, Vinyldimethylchlorsilan, Triethoxychlorsilan, Dimethyldichlorsilan, Diethyldichlorsilan, Octylmethyldichlorsilan, Vinylmethyldichlorsilan, Diphenyldichlorsilan, Diethoxydichlorsilan, Methyltrichlorsilan, Butyltrichlorsilan, Cyclohexyltrichlorsilan, Benzyltrichlorsilan, Phenyltrichlorsilan, Ethoxytrichlorsilan, Ethoxyethylentrichlorsilan.
- Die zu silylierenden stickstoffhaltigen Borsäureester der o.g. allgemeinen Formel (II), von denen ein Teil in der DE-OS 31 32 372 beschrieben ist, sind erhältlich durch Umsetzung in beliebiger Reihenfolge von Orthoborsäure mit A) oxalkyliertem Ammoniak oder einem oxalkylierten, gesättigten heterocyclischen oder aliphatischen Di- bzw.
- Triamin, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus alkoxyliertem Ethylendiamin, 1,2- oder 1,3-Propandiamin, einem ,MLDiamin eines (Poly)glykolethers, Piperazin, Imidazolidin, Hexahydropyrimidin, 1,3- oder 1,4-Hexahydrodiazepin, den N-(2-Amino-ethyl bzw. -propyl oder -butyl)- und N-(3-Aminopropyl)-derivaten von Morpholin, Pyrrolidin oder Piperidin bzw. Diethylentriamin, 1,2- oder 1,3-Dipropylentriamin, den Mono[N-(2-amino--ethyl bzw. -propyl oder -butyl)] und Mono[N-(3-aminopropyl)]-derivaten von Piperazin, Imidazolidin, Hexahydropyrimidin, 1,3- oder 1,4-Hexahydrodiazepin, mit jeweils 1 bis 5 veresterbaren Hydroxylgruppen je Molekül B) einem Alkyl(poly)glykol und C) einem Glykol.
- Als «,lLDiamine von (Poly)glykolethern können z.B. Diaminodiethylenglykol, Diaminotriethylenglykol oder Diaminotripropylenglykol eingesetzt werden.
- Soweit die zugrundeliegenden Amine das Strukturelement aufweisen, werden sie vorteilhaft durch Umsetzung von Ammoniak oder einem entsprechenden Monoamin mit Acrylnitril und nachfolgende Hydrierung des gebildeten Aminopropionitrils erhalten. Die übrigen Amine und ihre Herstellung sind bekannt, so daß darauf nicht weiter einzugehen ist.
- Die Oxalkylierung der Amlnkomponenterl erfolgt nach an .-Leh bekannten Methoden mit Ethylenoxid, 1>2-Propylenoxid oder einem entsprechenden Butylenoxid. Dabei können die Amine J unvollständig oder vollständig oxalkyliert sein oder einen höheren Oxalkylierungsgrad aufweisen (d.h. Umsetzung mit mehr Molen Alkylenoxid, als es den freien N-H-Gruppierun gen entspricht).
- Alkyl(poly)glykole sind die Monoether von Ethylen-, Propylen- oder Butylenglykol bzw. deren einheitlichen oder gemischten Oligomeren und einem einwertigen Alkanol mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, dabei ist Methyltriglykol bevorzugt.
- Die Borsäureester können ferner unter Mitverwendung von - im allgemeinen untergeordneten Mengen - einfacher unveretherter Glykole oder deren Oligomeren hergestellt sein.
- Bevorzugt ist die Verwendung geringer Mengen von Diethylenglykol, Triethylenglykol oder gemischter Ethylen-/Propylen-glykol-oligomerer, die auch im Handel erhältlich sind.
- Die Veresterung der Orthoborsäure wird in an sich bekannter Weise durchgeführt, indem man z.B. in die auf 9000 erhitzte Mischung der Alkohole Orthoborsäure unter Rühren einträgt und unter vermindertem Druck die Temperatur allmählich steigert, bis das entstandene Wasser weitgehend abdestilliert ist. Dies ist in der Regel nach 3 bis 10 Stunden und nach Erreichen einer Temperatur von 110 bis 19000 der Fall.
- Bei diesen Borestern handelt es sich in der Regel um keine chemisch einheitlichen Verbindungen sondern um Gemische, wie dies bei der Umsetzung mehrfunktioneller Verbindungen untereinander der Erfahrung entspricht.
- Unabhängig von der Beschreibung der Ester durch ihre Ausgangsstoffe und das diese verbindende Herstellverfahren lassen sich jedoch Borester mit beispielsweise folgenden Strukturelementen als Bestandteile solcher Gemische erwarten: Je nach Mischungsverhältnis der Ausgangsstoffe A) bis C) d.h. im Verhältnis untereinander und zur Borsäure, erhält man demnach Verbindungen mit 1, 2, 3, 4 oder mehr Mol Borsäure je Mol in geringerer Menge neben solchen, die z.B.
- nur 1 Mol Borsäure je Mol enthalten.
- Aus dem Vorangehenden ergibt sich, daß die erfindungsgemäßen silicium- und stickstoffhaltigen Borsäureester in der Regel aus Gemischen bestehen, wie sie durch Umsetzung der o.g. (mehrfunktionellen) Borester-Mischungen mit (mehrfunktionellen) Chlorsilanen erhältlich sind.
- Es lassen sich jedoch, unabhängig von der Beschreibung, der silicium- und stickstoffhaltigen Borsäureester durch ihre Ausgangsprodukte und das diese verbindende Herstellverfahren, Ester mit z.B. folgender (schematisiert gezeich- 'neten) Strukturelementen als Bestandteile erfindungsgemäßer Mischungen erwarten: Abhängig von der Struktur der Borester und abhängig vom Verhältnis, in dem diese Borester mit den Chlorsilanen umgesetzt werden, erhält man demnach Produkte, die eine oder mehrere Silylgruppen pro Molekül tragen.
- Zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen hydraulischen Flüssigkeiten, die den Bedingungen der Spezifikationen genügen, werden die silicium- und stickstoffhaltigen Borsäureester mit Alkylpolyglykolethern und Polyglykolen gemischt.
- 'Eine geeignete Bremsflüssigkeit besteht z.B. aus 5 bis 80 Gew.% erfindungsgemäßem Borester 20 bis 95 Gew.% Alkylpolyglykolethern und bis zu 50 Gew.% Polyglykolen.
- Eine vorteilhafte Wirkung der neuen Borsäureester besteht darin, daß infolge ihres relativ hohen Stickstoffgehalts geringere Mengen bzw. kein zusätzliches Amin für die Inhibierung und als Alkalireserve erforderlich ist. Auch die Zugabe von Dialkylethern entfällt.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Borsäureester haben weiterhin den Vorteil, daß nur geringe Mengen Bor bzw. Silicium in Form der Ester für die handelsüblichen Bremsflüssigkeitsabmischungen benötigt werden.
- Die folgenden Beispiele sollen die Erfindung näher erläutern.
- Herstellung der Ausgangsverbindungen Oxalkyliertes Amin 1 (Amin 1) 240 g (4 Mol) Ethylendiamin wurden unter Rühren bei einer Temperatur von 100 bis 15500 und in Gegenwart von 3 g Wasser mit 528 g (12 Mol) Ethylenoxid innerhalb von 8 Stunden hydroxyethyliert. Man erhielt 766 g (99,7 % der berechneten Menge) der Tris(hydroxyethyl)verbindung des Ethylendiamins.
- Oxalkyliertes Amin 2 (Amin 2) Analog Amin 1 wurden 300 g (5 Mol) Ethylendiamin mit 440 g (10 Mol) Ethylenoxid bei einer Temperatur von 70 bis 14000 hydroxyethyliert. Man erhielt 735 g (99,3 % der berechneten Menge) der Bis(hydroxyethyl)verbindung des Ethylendiamins.
- Borsäureester 1 (Ester 1) Zu 192 g (1 Mol) Amin 1 und 984 g (6 Mol) Methyltriglykol wurden unter Rühren bei Raumtemperatur 186 g (3 Mol) Orthoborsäure gegeben. Während man den Druck auf 2 mbar verminderte und die Temperatur allmählich auf 17000 steigerte, wurde gleichzeitig das entstehende Wasser abdestilliert. Die Reaktion war nach 10 Stunden beendet und man erhielt 1140 g (95 % der berechneten Menge) an Ester 1.
- Borsäureester 2 (Ester 2) Analog Ester 1 wurden 296 g (2 Mol) Amin 2, 1312 g (8 Mol) Methyltriglykol und 248 g (4 Mol) Orthoborsäure umgesetzt.
- Man erhielt 1553 g (94,7 % der berechneten Menge) an Ester 2.
- Beispiel 1 360 g (0,3 Mol) Ester 1 wurden in 1000 ml Aceton gelöst und anschließend wurden unter Rühren 33 g (0,33 Mol) Triethylmin zugegeben. Es wurde auf 10°C abgekühlt und zur Lösung innerhalb von 3 Stunden 32,7 g (0,3 Mol) Trimethylchlorsilan zugetropft. Das ausgefallene Triethylammoniumchlorid wurde abgesaugt und mit Aceton gewaschen. Die vereinigten Filtrate wurden am Rotationsverdampfer vom Aceton befreit (9000/30 mbar). Der verbliebene Rückstand wurde noch 4 Stunden bei einem Druck von 2 mbar und einer Temperatur von 1260C nachgerührt. Ausbeute: 360 g (94,3 % der berechneten Menge).
- Beispiel 2 360 g (0>3 Mol) Ester 1, 33 g (0,3 Mol) Triethylamin und 12,9 g (0,15 Mol) Dimethyldichlorsilan wurden analog Beispiel 1 umgesetzt. Ausbeute: 350 g (95,7 % der berechneten Menge).
- Beispiel 3 360 g (0,3 Mol) Ester 1, 33 g (0,33 Mol) Triethylamin und 14>9 g (0,1 Mol) Methyltrichlorsilan wurden analog Beispiel 1 umgesetzt. Ausbeute: 340 g (93,4 % der berechneten Menge).
- Beispiel 4 410 g (0,5 Mol: Ester 2, 110 g (1,1 Mol) Triethylamin und 64,5 g (0,75 Mol) Dimethyldichlorsilan wurden analog Beispiel 1 umgesetzt. Ausbeute: 422 g (96,3 % der berechneten Menge).
- Beispiel 5 350 g (0,427 Mol) Ester 2, 47 g (0,465 Mol) Triethylamin und 27,5 g (0,213 Mol) Dimethyldichlorsilan wurden analog Beispiel 1 umgesetzt. Ausbeute: 336 g (92,8 % der berechneten Menge).
- Formulierung einer Bremsflüssigkeit 60 ew. 7a Methyltriglykol 40 Gew.% Borestar (jeweils nach Beispiel 1 bis 5) Tabelle Typische Eigenschaften der Bremflüssigkeiten gemäß Beispielen 1 bis 5.

Claims (4)
- P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e 1. Silicium- und stickstoffhaltige Borsäureester der allgemeinen Formel (I) in der L eine Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Alkenyl-, Aralkyl-, Aryl- oder Alkoxygruppe mit jeweils bis zu 15 Kohlenstoffatomen oder den Rest R3-(OA3) in dem R für ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, A3 für eine 1,2-Alkylengruppe mit 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und b für eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 stehen, a eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 3, R1 und R2 unabhängig voneinander und unabhängig von R 3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, m und n unabhängig voneinander eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 8, A1 unabhängig von A3 eine 1,2-Alkylengruppe mit 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, die für m 5 1 gleich oder verschieden ist, A2 unabhängig von A 1 und A3 eine 1,2-Alkylengruppe mit 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, die für n > 1 gleich oder verschieden ist, O-G den mit dem Siliciumatom verknüpften Rest des Umsetzungsproduktes eines Alkylenoxids mit Ammoniak oder einem gesättigten heterocyclischen oder aliphatischen Di- bzw. Triamin, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus oxalkyliertem Ethylendiamin, 1,2- oder 1,3-Propandiamin, einem ,goDiamin eines (Poly)glykolethers, Piperazin, Imidazolidin, Hexahydropyrimidin, 1,3- oder 1,4--Hexahydrodiazepin, den N-(2-Amino-ethyl bzw.-propyl oder -butyl)- und N-(3-Aminopropyl)-derivaten von Morpholin, Pyrrolidin oder Piperidin bzw. Diethylentriamin, 1,2- oder 1,3-Dipropylentriamin, den MonotN-(2-amino-ethyl bzw. -propyl oder butyl)] und MonoN-( 3-aminopropyl) ]-derivaten von Piperazin, Imidazolidin, Hexahydropyrimidin, 1,3- oder 1,4-Hexahydrodiazepin, x, y und z den Wert 1 oder 2, x oder y außerdem den Wert 0 und x + y + z = 3 bedeuten, bzw. deren Gemische.
- 2. Silicium- und stickstoffhaltige Borsäureester der allgemeinen Formel (I) in der L eine Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Alkenyl-, Aralkyl-, Aryl- oder Alkoxygruppe mit jeweils bis zu 15 Kohlenstoffatomen oder den Rest R3-(oA3) in dem R3 für eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlen- stoffatomen, A3 für eine 1,2-Alkylengruppe mit 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und b für eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 stehen, a eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 3, 2 R1 und R unabhängig voneinander und unabhängig von R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, m und n unabhängig voneinander eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 8, Al unabhängig von A3 eine 1,2-Alkylengruppe mit 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, die für m 5 1 gleich oder verschieden ist, A2 unabhängig von A 1 und A3 eine 1,2-Alkylengruppe mit 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, die für n > 1 gleich oder verschieden ist, O-G den mit dem Siliciumatom verknüpften Rest des Umsetzungsproduktes eines Alkylenoxids mit Ammoniak oder einem gesättigten heterocyclischen oder aliphatischen Di- bzw. Triamin, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus oxalkyliertem Ethylendiamin, 1,2- oder 1,3-Propandiamin, einem ,-Diamin eines (Poly)glykolethers, Piperazin, Imidazolidin, Hexahydropyrimidin, 1,3- oder 1,4--Hexahydrodiazepin, den N-(2-Amino-ethyl bzw.-propyl oder -butyl)- und N-(3-Aminopropyl)-derivaten von Morpholin, Pyrrolidin oder Piperidin bzw. Diethylentriamin, 1,2- oder 1,3-Dipropylentriamin, den MonoFN-(2-amino-ethyl bzw. -propyl oder -butyl)] und MonoEN-(3-aminopropyl) ]-derivaten von Piperazin, Imidazolidin, Hexahydropyrimidin, 1,3- oder 1,4-Hexahydrodiazepin, x, y und z den Wert 1 oder 2, x oder y außerdem den Wert 0 und x + y + z = 3 bedeuten, bzw. deren Gemische, erhältlich durch Umsetzung von stickstoffhaltigen, mindestens eine freie Hydroxylund/oder- Iminogruppe aufweisenden Borsäureestern der allgemeinen Formel (II) in der R1, R2, A1, A2, m, n, x, y, z und G die vorgenannte Bedeutung besitzen, mit Chlorsilanen der allgemeinen Formel (III) (Cl)a Si(L) 4-a (III), in der L und a die vorgenannte Bedeutung besitzen, in Gegenwart von Basen.
- 3. Verfahren zur Herstellung von silicium- und stickstoffhaltigen Borsäureestern gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man stickstoffhaltige, mindestens eine freie Hydroxyl- und/oder Iminogruppe aufweisende Borsäureester der allgemeinen Formel (II) in der R1, R2, A1, A2, m, n, x, y, z und G die in Anspruch 1 genannte Bedeutung besitzen, mit Chlorsilanen der allgemeinen Formel (III) (Cl)a Si(L)4a (III), in der L und a die im Anspruch 1 genannte Bedeutung besitzen, in Gegenwart von Basen umsetzt.
- 4. Hydraulische Flüssigkeit, enthaltend 1 bis 80 Gew.% mindestens eines silicium- und stickstoffhaltigen Borsäureesters gemäß Anspruch 1.
