Bekannt sind Maschinen zum Zerkleinern von Fleisch, sogenannte Fleischhackmaschinen, bei welchen sich zur Erhöhung· der Schnittwirkung Messer und Lochscheibe in entgegengesetzter Richtung drehen. -■ Hierzu war nötig, den Mantel innerhalb des Gehäuses drehbar zu machen und einen Teil der Schneckentrommel als Verzahnung auszubilden, so daß erst durch weitere Übertragungen die Lochscheiben angetrieben werden konnten.
