Description
Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung von Schaufelrädern für Flügelpumpen. Es ist bereits
bekannt, Gegenstände mit Teilen aus Schmiedeeisen und Gußeisen in der Weise herzustellen, daß man die betreffenden
schmiedeeisernen Teile als Gußkerne in die Form legt und das Gußeisen herumgießt.
Dies an sich bekannte Verfahren wird gemäß der Erfindung zur Herstellung von Schaufelrädern
für Flügelpumpen in der Weise angewandt, daß man die schmiedeeiserne Welle der Räder mit Stangen o. dgl. versieht, worauf
man dies Gerippe als Kern in eine Gußform legt und alsdann die Flügel um die Stangen herumgießt.. Unter Umständen wird
es hierbei zweckmäßig sein, in die schmiedeeisernen Stangen Nuten einzufräsen, in denen
das Gußstück einen besseren Halt findet.
Die Fig. 1 und 2 stellen den Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Anwendungsform
für ein Flügelpumpenrad dar. Hierbei ist W die Welle, die mit einer zur Aufnahme
des Flügels M dienenden Nut N versehen ist. In einige in die Welle W gebohrte
Löcher L sind Halter aus Eisengewinde S eingesetzt, um die die Flügel M herumgegossen
werden, nachdem Welle nebst Stangen in eine entsprechende Gußform eingelegt sind.The invention relates to the manufacture of impellers for vane pumps.
