Abstract

This machine has been developed chiefly for pool and artificial wave basins. It requires only a fraction of the width of the basin. The pneumatically generated resonance waves are also propagated sideways, so that the entire basin is filled by waves. Since there is a need for only half or 1/3 of the caissons, flaps, pipelines, fans and control units that are otherwise required, the price is cut by up to 50% by comparison with conventional wave machines.
