Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Reinigung der Röhren von Kraftwerkskondensatoren mitThe invention relates to a method for cleaning the tubes of power plant capacitors
einer einem Einströmrohrboden vorgeschalteten Wasserkammer, die zumindest einen Einströmstutzen aufweist, sowie mit einer einem Austrittsrohrboden nachgeschalteten Sammelkammer,a water chamber upstream of an inflow tube base, which has at least one inflow nozzle, as well as with a collecting chamber connected downstream of an outlet tube sheet,
Untersuchungen, die der Erfindung zugrundeliegen und nicht zum Stand der Technik gehören, haben jedoch gezeigt, daß letzteres nicht derwhereby the cooling water flows towards the inflow tube base with a predetermined direction of flow distribution and is discharged via the collecting chamber is, furthermore, during a cleaning phase, the cooling water is adapted to the inner diameter of the tubes cleaning body entrains, which are withdrawn from the discharged cooling water behind the collecting chamber and fed back to the incoming cooling water will. The cleaning phase means the period of time in which the cleaning takes place. The cleaning bodies are generally spheres, for example made of sponge rubber ο. Like .. Inflow direction distribution means, as it were, the direction with which the streamlines that the inflowing cooling water can be assigned according to the theory of hydrodynamics, run to the inflow tube base before in the immediate The cooling water is discharged into the tubes near the bottom of the inlet tube. The invention also relates to a power plant capacitor that is specially set up for such a process. With the measures known (from practice) one strives for one as possible for thermodynamic reasons even distribution of the cooling water on the individual tubes - and one expects that there will be a correspondingly even Adjusts the distribution of cleaning bodies on these tubes, which consequently all also experience even cleaning work. Investigations, which are the basis of the invention and do not belong to the prior art, but have shown that the latter is not the

Case is. Determine the number of cleaning bodies that are used during each individual pipe pass during a cleaning phase and the frequency distribution determined in this way is carried over the inflow tray then one obtains a frequency range with pronounced mountains and valleys. The result is a lack of cleaning of the tubes that are assigned to the valleys, - and as a result, the heat transfer and corrosion conditions of these tubes in change in a disturbing way.
The invention is based on the object of specifying a method which makes it possible to carry out the cleaning work so that all tubes are cleaned sufficiently evenly. The invention is also based on the object of specifying a power plant capacitor with which the method according to the invention is particularly effective can be done easily.
To solve this problem, the invention teaches that the flow direction distribution of the inflowing cooling water is changed several times during a cleaning phase. - The invention proceeds from the knowledge that stationary measures to influence the inflow and thus inflow conditions are practical it is impossible to ensure that all tubes of the power plant condenser are cleaned in the same way. Actually poses A frequency range with mountains and valleys emerges for every direction of flow distribution. According to the invention, this frequency range becomes, as it were, in its structure above the inflow tube base shifted and thus leveled sufficiently on a statistical mean to a frequency level, so that all tubes do the same cleaning work Experienced. This even applies to the tubes that are arranged in the edge area. To a particularly pronounced leveling the frequency range can be reached after preferred execution

Approximation form of the invention in that the flow direction distribution is periodically changed with a period time Delta t which is small with respect to the cleaning phase. In the simplest In the case, a distribution of the direction of flow is changed by changing the direction of flow of the cooling water entering the water chamber.
To change the direction of flow distribution within the meaning of the invention, The common facilities and aids of fluid mechanics are sufficient and hydraulics off. In this context, the subject matter of the invention is also a power plant condenser with an inlet tube base upstream water chamber one inflow nozzle and one in the inflow nozzle around a pivot axis by means of a motor Drive has adjustable guide device. In the case of such a power plant capacitor, the invention teaches the arrangement to be so meet that the guide device has a working drive and is thereby periodically pivotable during the cleaning phase. Working drive means that the drive is designed so that the pivoting movement described during the cleaning work without Difficulties can be carried out. That is a question of the design of the drive motor and gearbox. The teaching of the invention can, however, also be implemented in a power plant condenser which has a Water chamber, however, has a plurality of inflow stubs opening into the water chamber. Her invention teaches that the distribution of the cooling water to the inflow nozzle can be changed periodically during the cleaning phase.
