Claims (4)

1. Universalmarknagel (1) mit einer ersten Bohrung (6) und einer zweiten Bohrung (4) zur Fixie­ rung des Oberschenkelhalses, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen im verdickten Kopf des Marknagels angebracht sind, im wesentlichen in der Knickebene des Marknagels verlau­ fen, Winkel zwischen 120° und 140° zur Achse des Marknagelkopfes einnehmen, im wesentli­ chen parallel zu einander verlaufen und Durchmesser im Bereich 5 bis 9 mm aufweisen, wei­ ters mit einer dritten Bohrung (2) zur Vernegelung des Oberarm bzw. Schienbeinkopfes, die im verdickten Kopf des Marknagels angebracht ist, im wesentlichen in der Knickebene des Marknagels verläuft, im wesentlichen normal zur Achse des Marknagelkopfes verläuft, und Durchmesser im Bereich 3 bis 7 mm aufweist, weiters mit einer vierten Bohrung (5) und einer fünften Bohrung (3) zur Verriegelung des Oberarm bzw.
