Claims (4)

1. Übergangsbauteil (1) für die Verwendung zwischen zwei Leitungssystemen mit unterschiedlichen An­ schlussbauteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zum Zwecke der Verbindung eines ersten Leitungs­ systems mit Kleinflanschbauteilen mit einem zwei­ ten Leitungssystem mit Steckverschraubungen (9) aus einem Vakuumflanschadapter (2) besteht, der auf seiner der Dichtfläche (4) des Flanschadapters (2) abgewandten Seite vakuumdicht mit einer Steck­ verschraubung (9) verbunden ist.
2. Übergangsbauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, dass der Flanschadapter (2) mit einem Innengewinde (5) ausgerüstet ist und dass in das Innengewinde (5) eine Steckverschraubung (9) mit ihrem Gewindeabschnitt (6) eingeschraubt ist.
3. Übergangsbauteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein topfförmiger Abschnitt (11) der Steckverschraubung (9) eine axial ver­ schiebbare Spannzange (13), einen O-Ring (12) und eine Leitung (14) aufnimmt, die aus flexiblem Werkstoff besteht.
4. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkstoff der Lei­ tung (23) für Betriebstemperaturen bis zu 80°C geeignet ist und dass seine Oberflächenrauhigkeit kleiner oder gleich RZ 16, vorzugsweise RZ 10 (querriefenfrei), ist.
