Die Erfindung liegt auf dem Gebiet Hochbau spezieil Einfamilienhausbau und Geschoßbau.
Beim Bau von o.a. Gebäuden werden, wenn keine Keller aus bauphysikalischen, architektonischen oder Kostengriinden erstellt werden sollen, die Gebäude auf Betonplatten, sogenannten Sohlplatten, mit dazugehörigen Frostschürzen gestellt. Die Frostschürzen sind senkrecht zur Sohlplatte im Erdreich stehende Betonwände. Sie werden mindestens 80 cm bis 1.00 m, je nach Frostgefährdung, in das Erdreich betoniert, mit Bewehrung versehen und später mit den Sohlplatten vergossen. Bei einer Dicke von ca. 40 cm betoniert mit B 15 Beton ergibt sich ein Wärmedurchgangscoeffizient von k = 2,0.The invention lies in the field of building construction, especially single-family house construction and multi-story construction.

Diese Arbeiten sind sehr aufwendig durch o.a. Arbeiten, zweifache Betonverwendung für Sohlplatte und Frostschürze und beinhalten Qualitätsmängel durch Abstimmung aller Arbeiten. Die Kosten sind ebenfalls erheblich und betragen ca. die Hälfte eines Kellers, was gerade bei Bauten z.B. für junge Familien erheblich ist.When creating conventional frost protection barriers, the soil is excavated to the appropriate width and depth and filled directly with concrete. Sie besteht aus einem oder mehreren vorgefertigten Formteilen oder Teilformteilen mit angesetzten Elementen zur Verbindung mit einer Sohlplatte und/oder zur gegenseitigen Lagefixierung. Das Ansetzen von Teiielementen an die Frostschürze erfolgt vorzugsweise mit Kleber ( handelsüblichen Bauschaum). Dabei können längere Frostschürzen aus einzelnen Sägeschnitten aus Styroporbetonplattenmaterial gebildet werden. Dieser Formschluß dient als Absackschutz der Frostschürze und verhindert Risse an der Außenwand 6 der Frostschürze.
