Claims (5)
1. Transurethrale Dissektionselektrode mit einem Schaft (10) und einem am
distalen Schaftende befindlichen Elektrodenkopf (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Elektrodenkopf (1) im wesentlichen aus wenigstens einem sich distalwärts
verjüngenden Kegelstumpfkörper (3, 4) mit zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Ab
flachungen (6) besteht.
2. Dissektionselektrode nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der
Elektrodenkopf distal in einer Kreisfläche (2) endet und proximal in bezug auf die
Elektrodenlängsachse (A) größere radiale Abmessungen als der zylindrische Schaft
(10) hat und dort durch Abrundung atraumatisch ausgebildet ist.
3. Dissektionselektrode nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn
zeichnet, dass der Elektrodenkopf im wesentlichen aus zwei eine Einheit bilden
den, auf der Elektrodenlängsachse liegenden und sich jeweils distalwärts verjün
genden Kegelstumpfkörpern (4, 3) besteht, dass sich die Abflachungen (6), ausge
hend vom ersten am Schaft (10) angrenzenden Kegelstumpfkörper (4), bis auf den
zweiten Kegelstumpfkörper (3) erstrecken und dass der erste Kegelstumpfkörper
(4) einen kleineren Spitzenwinkel als der zweite Kegelstumpfkörper (3) hat.
4. Dissektionselektrode nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn
zeichnet, dass die Abflachungen (6) parallel verlaufen.
5. Dissektionselektrode nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn
zeichnet, dass die Abflachungen mit gleichem Winkel zur Elektrodenlängsachse
(A) distalwärts zueinander geneigt verlaufen.
