Claims (9)

1. Rotative Ultraschall-Schweißvorrichtung zum Schneiden und/oder zum Herstellen von Schweißnähten mittels Ultraschall, mit mindestens einer Sonotrode (32), mit einer der Sonotrode (32) gegenüberliegenden Magnetwalze (50), und mit einem auf dem Umfang der Magnetwalze (50) angeordneten und durch deren Magnetkraft festgehaltenen Konturenblech (60), in welches die Kontur einer zu erzeugenden Schweißnaht (62; 73; 75), Trennlinie (71) oder dergleichen eingearbeitet ist.
2. Schweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher das Konturenblech (60) auf seiner Rückseite (90) geschliffen ist, um eine luftspaltfreie Anlage an die Magnetwalze (50) zu ermöglichen.
3. Schweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welcher das Konturenblech (60) aus Federstahl hergestellt ist.
4. Schweißvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die Dicke (h) des Konturenblechs (60) auf über 50% seiner Fläche kleiner oder gleich 0,3 mm beträgt.
5. Schweißvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die Gesamtdicke (H) des Konturenblechs (60) im Bereich der Konturen 2 mm nicht überschreitet.
6. Schweißvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher Teile (66) des Konturenblechs (60), welche zur Erzeugung einer Schweißnaht dienen, mit Vertiefungen (84; 86; 88) zur Aufnahme von Schweißgut (80) versehen sind.
7. Schweißvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher Teile (66; 73; 75) des Konturenblechs (60), welche zur Erzeugung einer Schweißnaht dienen, auf ihrer vom Konturenblech (60) abgewandten Seite eine zum Konturenblech (60) im wesentlichen parallele Fläche (67; 73'; 75') aufweisen.
8. Schweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 und 7, bei welcher die Vertiefungen (84; 86) in der zum Konturenblech (60) im wesentlichen parallelen Fläche (67; 73'; 75') der Teile (66; 73; 75) vorgesehen sind.
9. Schweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei welcher die Vertiefungen (88) um die Teile (66, 71, 73, 75) herum vorgesehen sind, welche zur Erzeugung einer Schweißnaht oder Trennnaht dienen.
