Description
Bei der Erfindung handelt es sich um ein G-erät zur Kräftigung der Handstrecker- und Handbeugermuskeln, also der Muskeln,die die Hand im Handgelenk nach.oben, unten,links und rechts bewegen.Verglichen mit anderen Muskelgruppen ist es schwieriger diese effektiv zu trainieren.Üblicherweise wird dazu eine Kurzhantel mit einer Hand ergriffen-und damit die Beuge- oder Streckbewegung ausgeführt,während die andere Hand das Handgelenk abstützt.Aufgrund des kurzen Hebelarmes zwischen Gewichtsschwerpunkt und Handgelenk sind für ein effektives Training relativ große Gewichte nötig, abhängig natürlich von der persönlichen Konstitution. Die Anpassung der Belastung für die verschiedenen. Handmuskeln zum einen und für den jeweiligen Muskelbei Kraftzuwachs zum anderen ist nur mit einem umfangreichen Sortiment an Hanteln möglich.Nachteilig bei dieser Trainingsmethode ist außerdem,daß der Bewegungsradius der Hand bei fest umschlossenem Hantelgriff geringer ist als bei gestreckten Fingern.Ein optimales.
