Definitions
- the invention relates to a training device with at least one cable arrangement to be actuated by muscle power of an exercising user, at least one handle that can be attached to the cable arrangement for handling by the user when the cable arrangement is actuated, at least one weight that can be lifted by actuating the cable arrangement.
- a training device with a cable arrangement for actuation by muscle power of a user exercising is known.
- This training device has a handle that can be attached to the cable assembly for handling by the user when the cable assembly is actuated.
- a weight is also provided which can be lifted via actuation of the cable assembly.
- a disadvantage of known training devices is that the cable pull arrangements cannot be easily adapted to different training exercises and/or different body sizes of users who are training.
- the cable arrangement has at least one lockable cable store, which is formed by a cable suspension that can be shifted into a number of locking positions relative to a deflection pulley, the cable storage device being set up for receiving and removing a traction cable of the cable pull arrangement when the cable suspension is displaced relative to the deflection pulley between at least two locking positions .
- the cable suspension In the locking positions, the cable suspension can be locked in relation to the deflection roller of the cable store, i.e. fixed.
- the traction cable of the cable arrangement can either be accommodated in the cable store when the distance increases or removed from the cable store when the distance decreases.
- the cable suspension of the cable store for releasing the traction cable is set up to be moved along a guide towards the deflection roller of the cable store, wherein the cable suspension of the cable store for receiving the traction cable is set up to move along the Guide to be moved away from the deflection pulley of the cable store.
- the latter can be moved along a guide.
- the Wire suspension is moved along the guide towards the deflection pulley of the rope store, so that the distance between the rope suspension and the deflection pulley is shortened.
- the recorded traction cable can be removed from the cable store. If the distance between the cable suspension and the deflection pulley increases, the traction cable can be taken up again in the cable store, so that the traction cable available for actuation is shortened. To do this, the cable suspension is simply moved away from the deflection pulley along the guide. The change in the length of the traction cable available for actuation enables the training device to be easily adjusted to different training exercises and/or different body sizes of users exercising.
- An embodiment is particularly preferred which provides that the guide has a plurality of latching holes in which the cable suspension can be latched at arresting positions.
- the cable suspension can be easily locked in several locking positions via the locking holes arranged one behind the other along the guide, so that the length of the pull cable available for actuation can be determined.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention relates to the cable arrangement having at least two traction cables which are guided in a common double pulley, with a first traction cable being connected to the weight at a first end and a second traction cable being connected to the cable suspension at a first end , wherein the first pull rope and the second pull rope are each connected at their second ends to fastening means for fastening a handle, stoppers being provided on the second ends of the pull ropes provided with the fastening means, which stop the pull ropes at the second ends in a retracted Secure the position on a stopper mount in each case.
- the two pull ropes of the rope pull arrangement, which are guided in the common double roller, are advantageously in loops which are placed around the rollers of the double roller.
- both pull cables act on the double pulley, which transmits the tensile forces that arise when the cable pull arrangement is actuated.
- the first pull rope which at its first end with the weight and at his second end is connected to attachment means for attaching a handle, transmits the force exerted by the user on the handle during a training exercise to the weight, so that a pull on the first traction cable immediately leads to a lifting of the weight.
- the pulling force on the first pulling cable is deflected on the double pulley.
- the second traction cable is connected at its first end to the cable suspension and at its second end to attachment means for attaching a handle.
- a handle attached here can be used by a user of the training device to exert a force during a training exercise.
- the force exerted by the user on this handle during a training exercise is transmitted to the second pulley, which transmits the force to the double pulley, causing the double pulley to pull on the first pulley, resulting in an indirect weight lifting by the user.
- the stoppers on the second ends of the pull ropes ensure that the pull rope, which is not actuated directly by the user on the attached handle, is fixed in a retracted position on a respective stopper receptacle.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that when the user actuates the first pull rope, the first pull rope guided over the double pulley lifts the weight, with the second pull rope fixed between the stopper mount and the rope suspension holding the double pulley in position.
- the user With the actuation of the first pull rope via a handle attached to the pull rope, the user can lift the weight over the first pull rope guided on the double pulley in order to carry out training exercises on the training device.
- the second pull rope which is fixed between the stopper holder and the rope suspension, simply holds the double pulley in position, so that the user's pulling force on the first pull rope is redirected to the double pulley.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that when the user actuates the second pull rope, the second pull rope guided over the double pulley shifts the double pulley in such a way that the first pull rope arranged between the stopper mount and the weight lifts the weight.
- the position of the double roller on the training device can be changed, so that between the stopper recording and Weight arranged first pull rope raises the weight by means of the traction force transmitted via the double pulley from the second pull rope to the first pull rope.
- An embodiment is particularly advantageous which provides that the lockable cable store releases the first cable between the stopper mount and the stopper when the cable is released, the fastening means with a handle attached thereto being shifted into a handle position arranged below the retracted position.
- the release of the cable between the stopper holder and the stopper allows a handle attached to the first cable to be lowered, so that users with a smaller body size can easily reach the handle in order to operate the cable arrangement. Since the rope section between the stopper mount and the stopper is lengthened by the release of the pull rope, the handle attached to the fastening means can be shifted to a handle position below the retracted position, so that the handle can also be gripped by the user from a lower height to actuate the cable pull arrangement .
- the lockable cable store shortens the first cable when receiving the cable until the stopper receptacle secures the first cable on the stopper in the retracted position.
- the first traction cable can also be shortened to such an extent that the stopper receptacle fixes the first traction cable on the stopper in the retracted position. Since the first lift rope is fixed to the weight at the other end, a pulling force transmitted to the first lift rope via the lift rope assembly can further lift the weight by transmitting the pull forces to the first lift rope.
- the training device is also easy to use for different training exercises in which the second cable of the cable arrangement is actuated.
- the double pulley between the first traction cable and the second traction cable is guided parallel to a lifting axis, in which the liftable weight is raised when the cable arrangement is actuated by muscle power of the exercising user.
- the guidance of the double pulley between the first traction cable and the second traction cable parallel to the lifting axis offers a compact and simply constructed training device on which a weight can be lifted over several traction cables of a cable pull arrangement.
- the weight that can be lifted is preferably always lifted along the same lifting axis when the cable arrangement is actuated by muscle power of the exercising user, regardless of which cable of the cable arrangement is actuated.
- An embodiment is particularly advantageous that provides for a traction cable section to be guided in a frame of the training device between the cable suspension and the deflection pulley.
- the guidance of the traction cable in the frame of the training device offers a compact structure, and the traction cable is accommodated in the cable store in a protected manner, since the frame encloses the traction cable in the cable store.
- the training device 1 has a cable arrangement 2 for actuation by muscle power of a training user 3 ( 3 ).
- the training device 1 is therefore suitable, for example, for carrying out training exercises such as lat pulls, rowing or other movements in which a traction cable 28, 28 is pulled using muscle power in order to lift a weight 5 via the tensile force generated.
- a handle 4 is attached to the cable assembly 2 via which the cable assembly 2 is actuated to lift a weight 5 .
- the handle 4 is designed as a wide pull-down bar.
- a triceps/biceps curl bar, a narrow parallel grip or two handles can also be attached to the cable pull arrangement 2 as a handle 4 for training on the training device 1 .
- the liftable weight 5 is advantageously composed of several individual weights 42 that can be combined with one another. This allows the mass of the liftable weight 5 by combining the individual weights 42 to the needs of the user 3 ( 7 ) to be matched.
- the training device 1 can thus be easily adapted to different training exercises and/or different body sizes of users 3 ( 3 ) adjust.
- the training device 1 is also characterized in that the cable arrangement 2 has a lockable cable store 23 .
- This cable store 23 is held in several locking positions 24, 25 ( 2 ) relative to a deflection pulley 26 displaceable cable suspension 27 is formed. With the displacement of the cable suspension 27 in relation to the deflection pulley 26 between at least two locking positions 24, 25 ( 2 ) can be easily picked up or removed from the cable store 23 by the traction cable 29 . As a result, the cable arrangement 2 can be easily adapted to different training exercises and/or different body sizes of users 3 ( 3 ) be adjusted.
- the cable suspension 27 is displaced in the direction of the deflection roller 26 and locked in a new locking position 25 .
- the cable suspension 27 is locked in relation to the deflection roller 26 of the cable store 23, ie fixed.
- the change in the distance between the cable suspension 27 and the deflection roller 26 of the cable store 23 is, as in figure 2 can be seen, traction cable 29 from the cable store 23 free.
- the traction cable 29 is removed from the cable store 23.
- the cable storage device 23 also takes up the traction cable 29 again accordingly and the training device 1 can be moved back into the in figure 1 shown state are transferred.
- the displacement of the cable suspension 27 therefore offers a simple possibility of adjustment in order to lengthen or shorten the pull cable 28, 29 available for actuation.
- the height of the handle 4 can be changed, as can be seen from the synopsis of FIG figure 1 and figure 2 becomes evident.
- the training device 1 can thus be optimally adapted to different training exercises and/or different body sizes of users 3 ( 3 ) can be set.
- the cable suspension 27 of the cable store 23 is advantageously set up to be moved towards the deflection roller 26 of the cable store 23 along a guide 30 in order to release the traction cable 29 .
- the cable suspension 27 of the cable store 23 can simply be moved away again along the guide 30 from the deflection roller 26 of the cable store 23.
- the length of the traction cable 28 , 29 available for actuation is thus changed by moving the cable suspension 27 on the guide 30 .
- the guide 30 has a plurality of latching holes 31 in which the suspension cable 27 can be latched at a plurality of locking positions 24, 25.
- the along the guide 30 in a row arranged latching holes 31 thus allow the length of the traction cable 28, 29 available for actuation to be determined by the latching.
- a section of the traction cable 29 is guided between the cable suspension 27 and the deflection roller 26 in a frame 41 of the training device 1 and is thus protected in the cable store 23 .
- the cable arrangement 2 is formed, among other things, by two traction cables 28 , 29 which are guided in a common double roller 32 .
- the first traction cable 28 is connected to the weight 5 at a first end 33 and to a fastening means 37 for fastening the handle 4 at the second end 35 .
- a stopper 38 is also provided at the second end 35 of the first traction cable 28, which secures the first traction cable 28 in a retracted position on an upper stopper receptacle 39, such as in FIG figure 5 you can see.
- the first pull rope 28 is pulled from the stopper mount 39 via a first pull roller 43 ( 3 ) and a second pull roller 44 ( 3 ) to the double roller 32 and from there via a third pulling roller 45 ( 3 ) and a fourth pull roller 46 ( 3 ) deflected to the weight 5.
- the second traction cable 29 is connected to the cable suspension 27 at a first end 34 . In the lower area of the frame 41, the second traction cable 29 is guided on two further traction rollers 49,50.
- a stopper 38 ( 7 ) is provided which secures the second traction cable 29 in a retracted position to a lower stopper receptacle 39 (Fig. 8), such as in figure 5 you can see.
- a fastener 37 is also at the second end 36 ( 4 ) of the second cable 29 .
- the handle 4 can be attached here, for example to perform rowing on the training device 1 as an exercise.
- the two pull cables 28, 29 of the cable pull arrangement 2 are advantageously in loops around the rollers of the double pulley 32. As a result, both pull cables 28, 29 act on the double pulley 32, which therefore transmits the tensile forces that arise when the cable pull arrangement 2 is actuated.
- first traction cable 28 When the first traction cable 28 is actuated by the user 3 ( 4 ) the first traction cable 28 guided over the double pulley 32 lifts the weight 5 . That between the lower stopper mount 39 ( figure 5 ) and the cable suspension 27 fixed, second traction cable 29 holds the double roller 32 in position. On the other hand, when the second pull cable 29 is actuated by the user 3, the double roller 32 is shifted in such a way that the first pull cable 28 arranged between the stopper receptacle 39 and the weight 5 takes the weight 5 raises. How based on figure 2 can be seen, the lockable rope store 23 releases the first pull rope 28 between the stopper receptacle 39 and the stopper 38 when the pull rope 29 is released.
- the fastener 37 with the handle 4 attached thereto is thus shifted to a handle position located below the retracted position, which in figure 2 is shown.
- the handle 4 attached to the first cable 28 can be lowered, so that users 3 with a smaller body size can easily reach the handle 4 in order to actuate the cable arrangement 2.
- the rope section between the stopper mount 39 and the stopper 38 is simply lengthened by releasing the pull rope 29 from the rope store 23 .
- the first pull cable 28 can also be shortened by receiving the pull cable 29 in the cable store 23 until the upper stopper mount 39, as in figure 1 shown securing the first lift cord 28 to the stopper 38 in the stowed position.
- the double roller 32 is guided between the first traction cable 28 and the second traction cable 29 parallel to a lifting axis 40, in which the liftable weight 5 is lifted against gravity when the cable pull arrangement 2 is actuated by muscle power of the exercising user 3.
- the training device 1 also has a bench 6 with a support surface 7 for the user 3 to sit and/or lie on when the cable pull arrangement 2 is actuated.
- a support 8 is also provided on the training device to support limbs 9 ( 4 ), 10 ( 6 ) of the user 3 sitting or lying on the support surface 7 (Fig. 8) upon actuation of the cable arrangement 2.
- the training device 1 is shown with the support 8 in a first alignment position 13 and the support surface 7 in a first height setting 11 .
- the support surface 7 of the bench 6 can advantageously be adjusted in two heights 11, 12 ( 4 ) are relocated.
- the support 8 can be adjusted in at least three alignment positions 13, 14 ( figure 5 ), 15 ( 7 ) in relation to the support surface 7. In this way, the support surface 7 and the support 8 can be adapted to different training exercises and/or different body sizes.
- the displacement of the bearing surface 7 of the bank 6 in different height settings 11, 12 ( 4 ) allows the height of the support surface 7 compared to a base 47 ( 3 ) on which the training device 1 is placed to change.
- the position of the contact surface 7 relative to the cable pull arrangement 2 can be changed very easily by shifting the contact surface 7 in order to achieve an optimal adjustment of the training device 1 for different training exercises.

It is therefore the object of the invention to specify an improved training device that enables the cable pull arrangement to be easily adapted to different training exercises and/or different body sizes of users who are training.
This problem is solved by a training device with the features of
Because the cable arrangement has at least one lockable cable store, which is formed by a cable suspension that can be shifted into a number of locking positions relative to a deflection pulley, the cable storage device being set up for receiving and removing a traction cable of the cable pull arrangement when the cable suspension is displaced relative to the deflection pulley between at least two locking positions , A simple possibility of adapting the cable arrangement to different training exercises and/or different body sizes can be achieved by exercising users. In the locking positions, the cable suspension can be locked in relation to the deflection roller of the cable store, i.e. fixed. By changing the distance between the cable suspension and the deflection roller of the cable store, the traction cable of the cable arrangement can either be accommodated in the cable store when the distance increases or removed from the cable store when the distance decreases. The relocation of the cable suspension thus offers a simple possibility of lengthening or shortening the pull cable available for actuation. This possibility of adapting the cable pull arrangement enables the training device to be optimally adjusted to different training exercises and/or different body sizes of users who are training.
Advantageous refinements and developments of the invention result from the dependent claims. It should be pointed out that the features listed individually in the claims can also be combined with one another in any technologically meaningful manner and thus show further refinements of the invention.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the cable suspension of the cable store for releasing the traction cable is set up to be moved along a guide towards the deflection roller of the cable store, wherein the cable suspension of the cable store for receiving the traction cable is set up to move along the Guide to be moved away from the deflection pulley of the cable store. In order to change the distance between the deflection roller of the cable store and the cable suspension, the latter can be moved along a guide. To release the traction cable is the Wire suspension is moved along the guide towards the deflection pulley of the rope store, so that the distance between the rope suspension and the deflection pulley is shortened. By the length by which the distance between the cable suspension and the deflection pulley is shortened, the recorded traction cable can be removed from the cable store.
An embodiment is particularly preferred which provides that the guide has a plurality of latching holes in which the cable suspension can be latched at arresting positions. The cable suspension can be easily locked in several locking positions via the locking holes arranged one behind the other along the guide, so that the length of the pull cable available for actuation can be determined.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention relates to the cable arrangement having at least two traction cables which are guided in a common double pulley, with a first traction cable being connected to the weight at a first end and a second traction cable being connected to the cable suspension at a first end , wherein the first pull rope and the second pull rope are each connected at their second ends to fastening means for fastening a handle, stoppers being provided on the second ends of the pull ropes provided with the fastening means, which stop the pull ropes at the second ends in a retracted Secure the position on a stopper mount in each case. The two pull ropes of the rope pull arrangement, which are guided in the common double roller, are advantageously in loops which are placed around the rollers of the double roller. As a result, both pull cables act on the double pulley, which transmits the tensile forces that arise when the cable pull arrangement is actuated. The first pull rope, which at its first end with the weight and at his second end is connected to attachment means for attaching a handle, transmits the force exerted by the user on the handle during a training exercise to the weight, so that a pull on the first traction cable immediately leads to a lifting of the weight. Here, the pulling force on the first pulling cable is deflected on the double pulley. The second traction cable is connected at its first end to the cable suspension and at its second end to attachment means for attaching a handle. A handle attached here can be used by a user of the training device to exert a force during a training exercise. The force exerted by the user on this handle during a training exercise is transmitted to the second pulley, which transmits the force to the double pulley, causing the double pulley to pull on the first pulley, resulting in an indirect weight lifting by the user. The stoppers on the second ends of the pull ropes ensure that the pull rope, which is not actuated directly by the user on the attached handle, is fixed in a retracted position on a respective stopper receptacle.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that when the user actuates the first pull rope, the first pull rope guided over the double pulley lifts the weight, with the second pull rope fixed between the stopper mount and the rope suspension holding the double pulley in position. With the actuation of the first pull rope via a handle attached to the pull rope, the user can lift the weight over the first pull rope guided on the double pulley in order to carry out training exercises on the training device. The second pull rope, which is fixed between the stopper holder and the rope suspension, simply holds the double pulley in position, so that the user's pulling force on the first pull rope is redirected to the double pulley.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that when the user actuates the second pull rope, the second pull rope guided over the double pulley shifts the double pulley in such a way that the first pull rope arranged between the stopper mount and the weight lifts the weight. With the actuation of the second pull cable by the user, the position of the double roller on the training device can be changed, so that between the stopper recording and Weight arranged first pull rope raises the weight by means of the traction force transmitted via the double pulley from the second pull rope to the first pull rope.
An embodiment is particularly advantageous which provides that the lockable cable store releases the first cable between the stopper mount and the stopper when the cable is released, the fastening means with a handle attached thereto being shifted into a handle position arranged below the retracted position. The release of the cable between the stopper holder and the stopper allows a handle attached to the first cable to be lowered, so that users with a smaller body size can easily reach the handle in order to operate the cable arrangement. Since the rope section between the stopper mount and the stopper is lengthened by the release of the pull rope, the handle attached to the fastening means can be shifted to a handle position below the retracted position, so that the handle can also be gripped by the user from a lower height to actuate the cable pull arrangement .
An advantageous embodiment provides that the lockable cable store shortens the first cable when receiving the cable until the stopper receptacle secures the first cable on the stopper in the retracted position. With the inclusion of the traction cable, the first traction cable can also be shortened to such an extent that the stopper receptacle fixes the first traction cable on the stopper in the retracted position. Since the first lift rope is fixed to the weight at the other end, a pulling force transmitted to the first lift rope via the lift rope assembly can further lift the weight by transmitting the pull forces to the first lift rope. The training device is also easy to use for different training exercises in which the second cable of the cable arrangement is actuated.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the double pulley between the first traction cable and the second traction cable is guided parallel to a lifting axis, in which the liftable weight is raised when the cable arrangement is actuated by muscle power of the exercising user.
The guidance of the double pulley between the first traction cable and the second traction cable parallel to the lifting axis offers a compact and simply constructed training device on which a weight can be lifted over several traction cables of a cable pull arrangement. The weight that can be lifted is preferably always lifted along the same lifting axis when the cable arrangement is actuated by muscle power of the exercising user, regardless of which cable of the cable arrangement is actuated.
An embodiment is particularly advantageous that provides for a traction cable section to be guided in a frame of the training device between the cable suspension and the deflection pulley. The guidance of the traction cable in the frame of the training device offers a compact structure, and the traction cable is accommodated in the cable store in a protected manner, since the frame encloses the traction cable in the cable store.
