Title: Lattice grille for roof windows as fly protection, fitted inside with sliding device

The article of use refers to a lattice grille in which the lattice panels are fitted with an insect screen. This is fitted inside and has a sliding mechanism. It is therefore particularly suitable for roof windows.

In conventional windows, an insect screen is attached to the window rebate. This is possible because, unlike a roof window, the window sash opens inwards. The window handle remains accessible, so that the sash can be swiveled and tilted without restriction.

Since the pivoting sash of a roof window opens outwards, the invention is based on the task of creating an insect screen that does not have to be removed in order to be able to open and close the window. Roller blinds, Venetian blinds, etc. can also be easily reached and operated. The protective screen also looks decorative.

Above all, this invention now allows all pet owners to ventilate their homes with the sliding part closed, without cats and birds being able to get out. Continuous ventilation in the summer is therefore also possible.

Unfortunately, until now there was no sensible and decorative solution for pet owners to be able to use their roof window properly.

This object is achieved according to the invention in the following protection claim.

A rung grille (14) is made to the size of the surrounding edge (6) of the inner lining. Preferably with a double strip to create the connection with the cross rungs by simply sawing them in. The cross or corner connections can also be mortised. The middle section (12) does not have any cross rungs. The middle rung grille (3) is then made in the same way. The vertical strips must cover the strips of the rung grille (14). When the middle section (3) is placed on section (14), the optical impression must be of nine identical sections. The left and right sections of the rung grille (14) are closed on the back with fly screen (2). The fly screen can be glued, stapled or attached with masking tape. The middle section (3) is provided with fly screen in the same way. The guide rails (4) are screwed to (14) and (3). When (3) and (14) are closed, Fig. 1 must be created, when opened, Fig. 2.

Then the magnet holders (11) are screwed (6 pieces) onto the back of the lattice grille (14). The counterparts of the magnet holders (11) are screwed onto the edge (6), roof window (13)

to the transition of the inner lining (15) - see Fig. 3 - attached. The buttons (5) and (7) - see Fig. 2 are screwed on. Using the buttons (5), the finished lattice grille with fly screen is now pushed into the window opening and immediately held in place by the magnetic holders (11). To clean the roof window (13), the lattice grille can be easily removed and just as easily put back in place. If the roof window (13) is now opened (handle 10) or if you want to lower a roller blind or similar (9), you can push the middle part (3) to the side using one of the buttons (7). This makes it easy to do what you want - see Fig. 2 - and then close the middle part (3) - see Fig. 1 - again. From the inside, only a uniform lattice grille can be seen. The roof window (13) can be opened as desired (16).

Protection from flies is provided, and pets cannot get out. As the bars look decorative from the inside, almost all accessories for roof windows can be installed and operated.

The rung fields are closed on the back with a fly screen (2). After pushing the rung fields (3) to the side, the roof window (13) can be opened as wide as desired using the handle (10). Accessories such as blinds (9) and roller blinds can also be easily operated. The sliding part (3) is then closed again. It goes without saying that every rung section can be used as a sliding part. The rung grid is attached to the inner lining edge (6) with magnets (11). Wood, plastic or a light metal can be used as the material for the bar grille. The fly screen can be made of plastic or any desired material.
