Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a frame element with a flat, made of polygonal, profiled side parts composite frame made of fabric is stretched tight with a flexible material. The Erfin still concerns a building-like structure, such as for example winter gardens, all-season tents, canopy conditions or cladding made from such frame elements are formed.
For assemblable and dismantled, transportable or other In terms of more or less resilient, building-like add-ons or superstructures, such as roofing, tying tents, all-year or event tents or also Conservatories regularly face the problem that such Superstructures should on the one hand be lightweight To facilitate installation and transport as possible, other on the other hand, of course, weatherproof and solid and if possible, like solid buildings, with doors, windows, glass surfaces, etc. Be especially the latter requirement often leads to that glass-provided elements are used, which for The consequence is that due to the high weight alone Slices of relatively heavy support structures are provided need the total effort, weight and not recently the price of such a structure strongly into the Drive up.
On the other hand, put the usual tent-like Superstructures not sufficient in many ways solution because they often have a very provisional effect, which is the case with can be disadvantageous for example for exhibition purposes.
The invention has therefore set itself the task of novel frame element especially for use with building-like structures such as conservatories etc. and the like structures in improved construction ready put. This task is related to the framework ment by claim 1 and in terms of building Structure solved by claim 17. Advantageous design tions of the invention are described in the subclaims ben.

First 1 to 4, reference is made to FIG., The construction to explain to the frame element of the invention. Fig. 2 to 4 are plan views or slightly perspective An views of a rectangular frame element (throughout denoted by 1), of a triangular frame element (throughout denoted 2) and a Neten designated as a whole by 3, special roof element, the structure shown below will be explained later. In the embodiment described here, each side edge or each side part of the frame elements is formed in each case by a profiled rail 4 , the cross-sectional configuration of which can be seen in detail in FIG. 1 (enlarged sectional view along line II in FIG. 2). The profile 4 is in cross section in wesent union and has a longitudinal groove 5 in the middle of each outer surface, the side walls of which are set back relative to the opening in the outer surface, whereby an undercut is formed in each case. In addition, the profile has two more, more in the corner longitudinal grooves 5 ', the function of which is explained below in connection with FIGS. 8 to 10. The profile 4 is drawn from aluminum in this example, but could also be made in a different way or from other materials such as plastic, whereby very different shapes are possible, provided that only longitudinal grooves with an undercut are present. The side parts or profiles 4 are either mitred at the corners or butted together, whereby they can be screwed together with corner brackets.
The frame element 1 is covered on its in Fig. 1 to the right (outer) surface with a covering 6 made of flexible material. The covering 6 , which preferably consists of flame-retardant, approximately 650 g / m 2 heavy PVC fabric, can be provided with transparent film windows in some areas and is tightly clamped in the frame.
The taut, almost tympanic tension of the material 6 is achieved or maintained in that the edge portions of the material are held in place with the welt 7 in the longitudinal grooves of the side parts. The connec tion of the edges of the material 6 with the piping is preferably carried out by means of a separate Materialab section 8 , which is guided from one side of the material 6 around the piping 7 to the other side of the material 6 and welded to the material 6 on both sides is. In order to prevent excessive deflection of the side parts 4 towards the center due to the clamping force of the material 6 in the case of larger frame elements, for example at a height of 2 m, one or more stiffening strut (s) 9 can be provided (in the middle of the element) be, as Fig. 2 shows.
FIGS. 3 and 4 show examples of other shapes ei nes frame member according to the invention, wherein the grundsätz Liche structure, however, compared to FIG. 1 and 2 is unchanged. Fig. 3 shows a triangular element, while in Fig. 4 a roof element is shown, in which in addition to the four rectangular side parts 4 a ver from the frame level defined by the side parts up ver ridge strut 10 and two supporting Gie belstreben 11 are available , which creates a triangular window perpendicular to the frame plane. The Rah menelemente of FIG. 2 to 4 are shown only for games for the diversity of items that can be created in the vorste starting explained construction depending on the application and required properties.
Fig. 5 and 6 show an application example a winter garden, the set of elements according to the invention framework is built. The winter garden forms an extension to an existing building (not shown), which thus forms the rear wall of the winter garden. As can be seen from Fig. 6, walls and roof of the winter garden consist of frame elements corresponding to Fig. 2, 3 and 4. The frame menelemente 1 ', which form the lateral roof surfaces, correspond to the frame element 1 of FIG. 2 with the difference that the covering is made of white, translucent, PVC-coated material, while the covering of the vertically arranged, wall-forming elements 1 is preferably made of PVC-coated material with various inserts made of transparent film. Insofar as the frame elements 1 , which form the walls of the winter garden, are firmly arranged, ie cannot be opened, they are held with their lower side parts in a circumferential, U-shaped, upwardly open rail which is fastened to the floor in a suitable manner .
Die flexible Bespannung der Rahmenelemente liegt bevorzugt zur Außenseite des Winter gartens hin und befindet sich somit in Fig. 7 jeweils auf der rechten Seite der Rahmenelemente, d. h. zwischen dem linken Profil und dem Schenkel 14 und zwischen dem rechten Profil und dem Schenkel 13.Insofar as it is provided that individual frame elements can be opened like a door, in the corresponding loading area a cross-sectionally E-shaped bottom rail is arranged, which thus forms two guides or receiving grooves next to one another and enables individual frame elements to be moved past others . Correspondingly, in this case, the upper profile sections of the side frame elements 1 are guided or held in an essentially E-shaped rail, referred to as the head ring profile, the structure and function of which is shown in detail in FIG. 7. The whole designated 12 crown ring profile forms two downwardly open guides or receiving grooves, in each of which the upper side parts 4 of the vertically arranged frame elements 1 are received. The arrangement is such that the frame element lying between the legs 13 and 14 , facing the outside of the winter garden, bears against projecting projections 16 and is fixed with screws to the profile 12 , while pointing toward the inside of the winter garden de, in Fig shown. 7 on the left and between the legs of angles 14 and 15 arranged frame member to support rollers 17 is suspended and guided. The support rollers 17 run on obliquely facing rails 18 which extend from the web of the profile 12 . The flexible covering of the frame elements is preferably towards the outside of the winter garden and is therefore in FIG. 7 in each case on the right side of the frame elements, ie between the left profile and the leg 14 and between the right profile and the leg 13 .
The head wreath profile 12 also has a holding projection 19 on the end section of the web facing the outside, which extends opposite the leg 13 in the opposite direction and to facilitate assembly for the roof frame elements 1 'and / or which are applied transversely with their front edge to the profile 12 the special Dachele element 3 is used. These parts are placed with a slope corresponding to the triangular side part 2 on the one hand on a wall sealing strip fastened to the building wall and on the other hand on the head rim profile 12 , with the jump 19 preventing slipping and defining a defined orientation during fastening.
Fig. 8 shows in a cross section through adjacent side parts of mutually adjacent roof frame elements 1 ', the connection of these parts with a U-profile 20 , thereby providing protection against the ingress of rainwater.
A terminal block 21 , which can optionally be made of plastic or aluminum, is snapped into the longitudinal grooves 5 'as additional protection. This solution is also used with vertically arranged frame elements, both frame elements lying in a plane and forming a corner can be provided with such a clamping strip. FIG. 9 shows an L-shaped clamping strip 22 for a corner, the legs of the strip covering the connection of the covering 6 both visually and against weather influences.
The frame or roof elements according to the invention can except for conservatories for setting up The lightest roof, wall or building-like addition or superstructure ten are used, with both an attachment to existing ne building as well as a free-standing construction possible which is also without an additional, load-bearing structure can be done because the frame elements due to the tight Covering have a considerable stiffness. As with games for the various uses Year-round tents, canopies, entrance roofs, Party tents, awnings, swimming pool roofs, balcony Partitions etc. called.
The one in the previous description, in the drawing as well as features of the invention disclosed in the claims can be used individually or in any combination for the realization of the invention in its various NEN embodiments may be essential.
