Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stahlblechtür nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a sheet steel door according to the preamble of claim 1.
Eine derartige Stahlblechtür ist aus DE 94 14135 U1 bekannt. Um ein fertiges Türblatt in Dickfalzausführung zu erhalten, muß dann in einem oder zwei weiteren Arbeitsgängen der mit vorbereiteten Abwinklungen versehene Randstreifen des Bodens nach innen zur Bildung des Dickfalzes entsprechend aufgebogen werden.Such a sheet steel door is known from DE 94 14135 U1. Wie aus den Fig. 1 bis 5 hervorgeht, besteht das Türblatt einer Stahiblechtür aus einem Boden 2 und einem Deckel 3. Der Boden 2 weist dabei einen über die Türblattbreitseite 4 nach außen hinausragenden Falz 5 auf, der durch zweimaliges Abwinkein um 90° aus einer Platine für den Boden 2 als Dickfalz mit beabstandeten Wänden ausgebildet ist. An den Falz 5 schließt sich dann jeweils, wiederum um in Richtung Türblattiefe abgewinkelt, ein Schenkel 6 an.
